Where To Find The Tai-Itsu Core In Epsiode 11
Episode 11 of Raidou Remastered: The Mystery Of The Soulless Army, Mission to Space, is a relatively short one, but it’s one of the more important chapters in the game, since it’s where you make one of your final stands against the monster ravaging the Capital, despite having defeated Sukuna-Hikona down in the Subterranean Shipyard just before.
When Episode Ten is over, you’ll head back to Narumi Detective Agency for some cutscenes before being sent to theAmazing Science Lab, where you’ll once again chat with Dr. Tsukumo about hisrocket into space. He has blueprints but can’t read the language, sogo to the Goumadenand speak to Victor about the document, who requests an android to study in exchange.
Move over toShin-Sekaiin Ginza-cho, where you’ll find Rasputin harassing Tae at the soda fountain. Opt toSmack Himwhen given the choice to headback to the Goumadenwith Rasputin in tow, then speak with him and Victor to decode the blueprints. Once you’re ready,go back to the Amazing Science Laband speak to Dr. Tsukumo once more.
He’ll build the machine as quickly as possible - in the course of a cutscene, in fact - and when he’s finished, you’ll be given the choice of either going directly tothe boss battle, or kicking back on earth to make a few last-minute preparations.
When yousend a demon on Dr. Tsukumo’s rocket, you’ll come to face the Tai-Itsu core itself on the satellite orbiting earth, so save the game if needed before approaching the boss to begin this Raidou Remastered: The Mystery Of The Soulless Army boss battle.
Which Demons To Use For The Tai-Itsu Core Boss Fight
While most boss battles you’ve done so far during Raidou Remastered: The Mystery Of The Soulless Army’s main story have been focused on keeping adecent spread of demonssurrounding Raidou to keep him safe and aid him in battle, there’s a major caveat to the battle against the Tai-Itsu Core:only one demon can be used in this fight.
Raidou Kuzunoha XIV himself stays back on earth during this mission, sending one carefully selected demon up into space with Gouto-Douji to handle the direct battle against the Tai-Itsu Satellite. As such, you’ll need tosend the highest-level demon that can handle the Tai-Itsu Core’s affinitieswithout sustaining too much damage from the demons that will be on hand to protect it.
Gouto-Douji warns you ahead of the mission that you’d be wise toselect a demon that can withstand Ice and Force. While the Tai-Itsu Core itself won’t be doing too much in the way of offense, it’s defended by a series of powerful Power demons who can and will take your demon out with powerful ice magic.
Finally, keep in mind that since this is technically a Solo Investigation for the shikigami you opt into sending to space to battle the Tai-Itsu Core in Raidou Remastered: The Mystery Of The Soulless Army, the demon cannot use items to heal itself during battle.
you’re able to circumvent taking too much damage from the enemies defending the Tai-Itsu Core by either sending a demon immune to Physical, Ice, and Force moves. If you have demons that can drain these damage types, that’s even better - you can use offense for defense.
Finally, choosing a demon for the mission that knows a skill in the Dia family to heal itself during battle is helpful as well. You’ll choose which move it’s using, so opting into one of its healing skills is a great way to keep safe during the Tai-Itsu Satellite mission in Raidou Remastered: The Mystery Of The Soulless Army.
How To Defeat The Tai-Itsu Core
After making all your necessary preparations, you’ll need to head to the Amazing Science Lab andchoose one demon to go to spaceto try handling the Tai-Itsu Satellite by destroying its core from the inside out in this boss fight in Raidou Remastered: The Mystery Of The Soulless Army.
You do not get this demon back after the fight, so be sure it’s registered to your Devil Chart before it boards the rocket.
Gouto-Douji will be going up into space with your demon as well, but since Gouto isn’t battling himself, it’s up to you totake control of the demon you sentup on Dr. Tsukumo’s rocket after getting some translation help from Rasputin andbattle as your demon to destroy the coreof the Tai-Itsu Satellite to cease power for the Soulless God’s Hiruko vessel attacking the Capital.
When you get up to the Tai-Itsu Satellite, you’ll need to manually trigger the boss battle against its Core. It’s important to note, though, that youcannot damage the Tai-Itsu Satellite Core directlywhen the battle first begins, so keep this in mind when you first enter this tricky boss battle.
Attempting to hit the Tai-Itsu Core at this moment will have your demon react sluggishly as they land their hit, and they’ll tell you outright that this may not have been a good idea. As such, you’ll need to find another way to damage the Tai-Itsu Satellite Core. The game won’t tell you what to do, and there are demons coming to stop you, so it’s time to act!
While controlling the demon you sent up to the Tai-Itsu Satellite, you’ll want to pay attention to the locations of theshield generatorsthat appear on the perimeter of the platform that plays host to the actual Core. The Core is being protected by these shields, so you’ll need to find a way to stop them from protecting the boss.
Though the boss won’t take damage right now, you’ll want to use your demon todestroy every shield generatoras it appears, since disabling them will render the boss itself able to take damage. The biggest problem along the way to getting to that point, though, is thePowerdemons that will not stop spawning until the battle has come to an end.
Gouto warning you about sending a demon able to handle Ice, Force, and Physical damage comes into play with these Power devils, who cannot be confined and must be either avoided or killed. Power willresist most magic, but you can attempt to sharpshoot itsweakness to death magicor opt into brute-forcing your way through, depending on which demon you sent to the fight.
That said, they’ll stay on the field while the shields are down and continue trying to prevent you from damaging the Core, so it may be wise totake out the Powers firstbefore hitting the generators.
While the generators are all out of commission, you’ll be able to actually do damage to the Core itself, so switch focus anduse your heaviest damage-dealing moves to hit the Tai-Itsu Satellite Core. The Core has its own health bar at the top of the screen like a regular boss to monitor your progress on destroying the Satellite’s core.
You likely won’t be able to finish off the Tai-Itsu Core right away on the first instance you may damage it directly, sorepeat this processuntil the Core’s HP has been depleted.
