How To Start A Marrowghast Eye For Malachy
Once you’vemet the mysterious merchant named Malachyin the Deserted Settlement andfinished Drowner Tongues for Malachy,the next task he’ll send you on is another fetch quest.
Talking to Malachy again after giving him his Drowner Tongueswill trigger Marrowghast Eye for Malachy, which is technically a less demanding task in terms of the quantity Malachy wants.
Unfortunately, Marrowghasts are a bit more difficult to find compared to Drowners, which were a hop, skip, and a jump down the coast.
However, there’s an easy way to increase your chances of running into some Marrowghasts.
Where To Get A Marrowghast Eye

However, for an early-game spawn point, head toBlood Cave.You’ll need toswim under Blood Lake to enter the cave,then fight your way through tofind some Marrowghasts.
If you haven’t alreadycompleted Blood Stains the Circleand claimed the Parrying Sword from Mallory, you may do so before you advance further into the caves.
Cuanacht – Forest Gate
By theForest Gate fast travel point in the southwestern area of Cuanacht,you’ll findthreeguaranteed Marrowghast spawns.
You only need to bring Malachy a single eye, so you should find at least one between these two hotspots.
Once you’re finished collecting as many Marrowghast Eyes as you see fit, you canreturn to the Deserted Settlement in the Horns of the Southto collect your reward from Malachy.
