However, you cannot craft these accessories, andyou can only find them in the wild, under very specific circumstances.

Most of the Whistles can be obtainedby looting Treasure Boxes all over the map, in enemy camps.However, some of them can alsobe bought in the Pal Arena, salvaged out of the water, or even dropped by different bosses.
