Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalondetails the desperate world of the Kamelotians and Avalonians as they struggle to survive as the Wyrdness returns to engulf their home. Dungeons sprawl across the land with dangers you’ve never seen, filled with monsters and corruption that threatens to spill out into the overworld.
In the Corrupted Temple, you can find several bosses and quests, one of which involves freeing a trapped goddess within. We’ll help you recover the parts of her that have gone missing so you can clear the temple of corruption.
How To Start The Deiform Quest
To start this quest, you’ll need toenter the Corrupted Templein the swamps of Cuanacht. Here, there aredangerous priestesses that have been tainted by Wyrdnessand corrupted by a false goddess.
As you wanderdown the main path insidethe temple’s boundaries, you’ll hear thesoothing voice of a matronly spectertelling you to free her and the priestesses. To do this, you mustfind and recover her voice.
Where To Find The Voice
Crawl through the ruins of the temple until you reach the dual elevators. Take them up to the third floor, where you’ll find a young woman named Laurelia. She speaks for the All-Mother, though you can convince her to give up the voice so you can return it to the mother.
You may recognize Laurelia from theWhere The Light Once Dwelt quest.
After taking the voice from Laurelia,she’ll become a ghostthat lingers in her bedroom. you may thentake the elevator on the left to the topfloor to continue exploring the ruins.
Where To Find The Body
Thebody of the All-Motheris hard to get to, as she’s atop the roof of one tower. To get to her, you caneither wind your way there or rock climb along the cliffsto approach from behind.
Once you arrive, thebody of Perceval is clearly in distresswith a massive sword in her chest. It rises, dragging her with it, and you’ll have toslay the corrupted Knight of the Round Tableto reclaim the body for the goddess.

Once Perceval has fallen by your hand,speak with her ghostto learn more about the fate that befell the priestesses and how you canclaim the Sightand reach the All-Mother’s imposter.
Where To Find The Sight
From where you defeat Perceval,cross over the broken bridgetainted with dark vines to reach a cavern entrance. Inside, you’ll need toprogress through the ruinsof the temple and slay all that crosses your path.
Continue until youapproach a magical barrierblocking you from the Sight, Frithir. She’s bound like the other priestesses, but having beencursed with the Sight of the All-Mother,she pleads with you toclose your eyesfor but a moment.
Doing so is harmless, so feel free to oblige and give her a moment of peace.
After that, Frithir willattempt to purifyyour sins. However, what she sees withher gift drives her madand shetransforms into the Singworm. She drops all her gear on the ground, so you can scoop it up and use it in the fight against her.

Once you’veslain the Singworm, collect the key and Essence of Sin from her body.Head into the cursed templeat the far end of the room to find the goddess you’ve been hearing.
When youspeak with her, she’ll thank you for freeing not only her, but the priestesses. You’ll be rewarded with the Cracked Menhir Rites Tablet and allowed to leave the temple at your own pace.
