The Abyss of King Sagremoor, however, is one of the most detailed dungeons.
Within the bounds of the realm, you’ll meet the queen’s sisters. The Midwife is a loving and devoted woman who only wants to bring her nephews peace. We’ll help you locate all the missing children and put the Midwife’s mind at ease. Here’s everything you need to know!
How To Help The Midwife
Once youenter the castle in the Abyss of Sagremor, you’ll want to headup the stairs and into the banquet hall. From there, take the corridorbehind the statue of the All-Motherand turn right.
Enterthe room on the leftto find the Midwife with a gaggle of half-formed children on her back. When youspeak to her, she tells you that she’s lost the royal children. Offer to help herfind Renaud, Noah, and Hugoto help her and get closer to securing an audience with King and Queen Sagremor.
Where To Find Renaud
The Midwife tells you that Renaud is likely to besomewhere near the balcony. Exit the room with the Midwife and head straight down the hall andup the opposite staircase.Turn left at the corner tofind a portalleading outside.
From the portal, you’ll wind up in a garden.Approach the gazeboand servant there to find out that the perfect little prince leaped through the waterinto a dangerous portal.
Make sure you’re ready for a fight before you follow after him!
How To Defeat The Wight Boss
Interact with the pond and you’ll wind upin a small arena with a dangerous Wight. This Wyrd creature moves quickly and will do its best totear you apart.
You’ll want tododge when the Wight lunges. It takes a moment for the creature to recoil, so this is when you shouldmove in and strike. Rinse and repeat until the Wight is defeated, thenspeak with Renaudin the pit. After a bit of discussion, he’ll head home, albeit unhappily.
Where To Find Hugo
Hugo isn’t too difficult to find.Follow the sound of the music boxin the main hall downstairs tofind a cradle alonein an empty chamber. As you approach, anefigy of Despair will appearto defend the babe while he sleeps.
She’sa tough mini-boss, as she’lldrain all of your magicthe first chance she gets and will continue to do so.
How To Defeat The Spirit Of Despair Boss
Due toDespair’s magic drain, you won’t want to use spells here. If you canpop off a summonor two quickly, they may be able to help you, but the spirit will destroy them like a house of cards.
Instead, focus on melee attacks. Take itslow and steady, blocking her swipes and striking when she’s vulnerable. Once she’s defeated,interact with the cradle to collect Hugo.
Where To Find Noah
Finally, you’ll need tolocate little Noah. Take the staircasedown to the servant’s quartersand advance to the end of the hall.The last door, which was previously blocked, is now open.
Make your way to the tub tofind the small boy huddled inside. Ask any questions you like, thencollect him and return upstairsto the Midwife. She’s grateful you found all the missing children so she can look after them. The quest concludes, and you cancontinue exploring the ruinsof Sagremor’s castle.
If you’ve already completed theHarrowing of Hearts quest, the custodian will appear outside the door with instructions for the next quest.
