How To Start The First Men Quest
To start this quest,speak with Imram inside Vrell’s bookshopin Cuanacht’s main city.Ask about his workand research to learn that he’slooking for a specific grottothat’s mentioned in ancient texts. It’s supposed to be a cave where the first men in Avalon resided, and he desperately wants to know more.
Unfortunately, he wasinjured in his travelsand can’t make the journey himself. However, since you were kind enough to indulge his whimsy,he trusts you with the task.
Grotto Of The First Men Location
To find the grotto,head into the Forlorn Swordseast of Cuanacht. It’s located in the northern area of the region,east of the two gatesto Cuanacht. Travel through the snow to reach it andslay the undeadoutside it.
The entrance to the grotto ishidden in the rocksto the northeast. Look carefully to find the gap, thenenter the grottoto begin spelunking.
Where To Find The Artifact In The Grotto Of The First Men
Inside the grotto, you can take the path downwards into the water for a swim or you cancross the gap and delve deeperinto the cave. There aredrawings all along the cave walls,leading you to aconstruct with four armsat an altar. Awakened to your presence, he speaks with you.
Unfortunately, he isn’t able to answer every question, but you may ask as many as you like.
At the end of your conversation, theconstruct will bestowyou with what looks likea Fore-Dweller skull. Take it back to Imram at the book store andtell him about everything you’ve seen. He’ll thank you for helping him andvow to make the journeythere himself one day.
