And if you thought this just extended to your appliances and other miscellaneous objects, you couldn’t be more wrong.
You will find yourself coming face-to-face with your nightmares, your feelings of dread, the air you breathe. Yet somehow one of the most unexpected is a mote of dust - Dolly. She’s a girl with great aspirations though, and refuses to let looks define who she is. So let’s dive into her as a character and how to earn her love.
How To Meet Dolly
With so many Dateables in the house, you’ll quickly start to realise that you have to start looking in more obscure places. 100 becomes a pretty big number when you’re seeking all of them out individually, and really makes you aware of just how many items you have in your house. In Dolly’s case,it’s incredibly simple to just walk past herand never even see her. Literally.
Dolly is but a ball of dust on the floor. A dust bunny, if you’d prefer a more affectionate phrase. Secluded away in a shadowy corner, she is located in a place where you wouldn’t even think to look. In the Living Room, there is your large sofa, Koa.Dolly can be found right beside him on the floor nearest to the fireplace, Dante.

Helping With Dolly’s Archaeological Studies
Dolly is a fun character becauseshe is much more than meets the eye. She is dressed in a Playbunny outfit, a beautiful one at that, but one she wears because she is proud of it. It’s not to draw looks, or to make her feel sexy. She likes how it looks and feels, and it’s an homage to her own growth.
You see, Dolly got her start in Playbunny magazine, a publication focused on more scantily-clad shots. This wasn’t some means to an end for her, she truly enjoyed it, though sadly has many people picking up the wrong idea about her as a result. Unfair assumptions. Viewing modeling more as a hobby than a career, however,she used that money to study. And Dolly became a certified archaeologist in ancient cultures.
And to that end,she asks for your help in investigating the ancient culturesthat once lived beneath the floorboards of your home. Oblige her, of course. This is your home, but it is her life, and she would really appreciate someone who could view her as an actual person for once, instead of just an enticing outfit.
Throughout this conversation, Dolly will ask you some questions that allow you to respond with SPECS checks. As such,make sure to have at least 20 points in Smartsbefore going on the dig.
As you explore beneath the house, Dolly will be shocked by each and every archaeological breakthrough she discovers.Make sure you’re actually paying attention here as she will be asking you for your opinion throughout the search. In particular, she will ask about the paintings and the weapons they are holding, so get to formulating some opinions.
With her search complete, she will thank you for your help, and ask that youcome meet with her again after her investigation is complete.
How To Change Your Relationship Status With Dolly
With Dolly, she makes it very clear up-front the kind of person she is. Since many look at her in a purely physical light,she has grown distrustful and outright oppositional to flirting, especially that which is focused exclusively on her looks. She wants a more cerebral connection, one built on mutual interest and that allows her to properly express herself. And that makes every choice with her all the more impactful.
Love
To earn Dolly’s love, you need to actually listen to her. For one,you need to avoid just about every flirting option, but especially those that focus on her body. She wants to be seen as the professional that she is, not some object of affection. As such, you need to show interest in her archaeological efforts, not sure flirt whenever the option comes up. That means actually paying attention to what she says so you’re able to respond properly, rather than with generic support.

Hate
There are two ways of getting a Hate ending with Dolly. The first follows the typical pattern -just be negative. Show no interests in her interests, insult them and her. The typical cruel acts. The second is more unique to Dolly. If youkeep trying to flirt with Dolly in every scenario, she will shut you down quickly, and that persistence signifies the height of disrespect to her, leading to her understandably hating you.
