Ginormosia is a large area just ready and waiting to be explored inFantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, where you can find enemies, plenty of places to gather resources,Shrines, and more. While you’re out levelling up your Lives and wondering what you’ll stumble upon next, you may encounter a village that needs a helping hand.
There are six villages scattered over Ginormosia that’ll turn into settlements you may use as a base if you help them. If you’re wanting to track downeach and every Strangeling, you’ll need to know where they are. Here’s where to find them all.
What Are Villages?
Villages won’t be properly populated when you first encounter them, andyou’ll need to overcome a challenge to turn them into a settlement. Challenges might be combat or gathering-related, so you’ll need a range of Lives to tackle each one.
Once a village has been saved and become a settlement,you’ll unlock the following:
Once you complete three quests from each settlement’s leader, you can claim a new Strangeling too.
All Settlement Locations
Here’s every settlement location and details of which kind of challenge you’ll need to overcome before you can free it.
Beetle Borough
This settlement is found inCrickneck Canyon, on the western side of this area and north of the little dock area.
You’ll have to complete a mining challenge to free this village. Completing three quests for Gonk will reward you with theMaajik Demon Statue Strangeling.
Buffalo Base
Buffalo Base is found in theWest Greatgut Plains, just south of the large circular muddy red island in the middle of the map.
You’ll need to complete a combat challenge to free this village. Completing three quests for McCowing will reward you with theShaman’s Painting Strangeling.
Haniwa Hamlet
Haniwa Hamlet is inEast Dryridge Desert, on the northwestern border.
You’ll have to complete a combat challenge to free the village. Afterwards, completing three quests for Haniwendy will get you theCash Cat Strangeling.
Panther Preserve
The Panther Preserve is in theMoltana Wastes, south of the large mountain.
You’ll have to complete a mining challenge before it becomes a settlement. Once you complete three quests from Pyroscoe, you’ll get theBig O' Bomb Strangeling.
Simian Settlement
The Simian Settlement is inShroomhaven, it’s in the circular area on the map to the north of this area.
You’ll need to complete a woodcutting challenge to free the village, after which you can take on quests from Primasilea to get your hands on theKnight Flan Strangeling.
Tortortoise Town
Tortortoise Town is found in theFangshore Isles, on the largest island in the water, at the northern end.
You’ll have to complete a combat challenge to save the village, then you can accept quests from Terrapapa and complete three to earn theOld Man Anchor Strangeling.
