The Alters’Project Dolly is a disaster from the moment it makes planetfall, so losing his luggage is the least of Jan’s many problems. However, if you meticulously search every corner of the game’s explorable areas, you can recover Jan’s lost belongings piece by piece and put them to use keeping your Alters happy.

While it is weird that all the cargo pods conveniently land within walking distance of the spots where the mobile base is forced to stop, Jan needs all the help he can get. Below are the locations of every cargo pod in each act, so you can be sure that you don’t miss any.

Prologue

While you might be tempted to get out of the prologue area as quickly as possible, be sure that you don’t miss the two cargo pods hidden in this small section of the game!

Calendar, Book, The History Of The Universe (Movie)

Head east from the baseuntil you can’t go any further, thenturn right.You should find the cargo pod slightly south of your position.

Multitool

Jan’s lucky multitool is in a cargo podnorthwest of the base.It’s at the rear of a looping, sandy area that doesn’t have anything else of note, so it’s easy to miss if you’re just focused on collecting resources.

Act 1

Trading Card, Rubber Duck, Secret Alien (Movie)

West of the base are two deep deposits; one for Metals and one for Enriched Metals.Check the alcove between the twofor this hidden cargo pod.

Damaged Chip 1

The tunnelnorth of the Minerals deposithas the pod with the game’s firstdamaged Qubit Chip.You’ll need to take the long way getting there, along the central path south from the base, but if you have a Drill Cartridge you’re able to create a shortcut back by destroying the rocks on top of the ledge over the Organics field.

Getting and repairing the chip as quickly as possibleunlocks more techs to research and another Alter slot.

Marked Cards, Watch

Proceed through the tunnel from the Damaged Chip as described above, toward the rock barrier. You’ll find the cargo pod right before the spot where you may deploy the drill.

People Who Always Finish Your Sentences (Movie)

Take the eastern path north from the Mineral field, toward the far end of the lava river where you need to deploy the Bridge Anchors. The cargo pod will be on your right as you make your way through theAnomaly-filledcorridor, just after the first climb.

Lava Lamp

When you reach the spot where you can set up the Bridge Anchors on the far side of the lava river,look for a passage to the east. It’s just to the right of the firstInteral Vein,which is marked on your map when you find it. Inside the cave is a cargo pod.

Act 2

Act 2 hastwo of the three Qubit Chips in the game, so if nothing else you should be sure to track them down. You’ll need all the upgrades you’re able to get as the story progresses, since things only get harder from this point on.

Damaged Chip 2

There’s a Qubit Chip right outside the base at the start of Act 2; justturn right when you go outsideand head west. If you reach the radiation field around the Enriched Metals deposit, you’ve gone too far.

Upgrading the Quantum Computer with this chip is a good first step in Act 2.

Soccer Ball, Body Swap (Movie)

As you climb the north side of the canyon to place the Gravity Sensor or Towers,look for this pod in a tunnel about midway up.If you have the Upgraded Climbing Hook, just turn left after taking the High Climb north of the base. If you’re taking thelong route around the northeast caves, look to the right (north) before coming back out to the ledge between the two High Climbs.

University Hoodie, Lucky Keychain, Future Ex-Girlfriend (Movie)

Once you have the Upgraded Climbing Hook, use it toclimb the high wall in the Organics fieldnorth of the base. This leads to a hidden cavern where a cargo pod can be found.

Damaged Chip 3

The game’s final Qubit Chip isnorthwest of the Act 2 Rapidium field.Take the lower path, heading deeper into the caves instead of following the bridge up to the area with the trees; this is the same place where an Interal Trail will spawn after the first Magnetic Storm of the Act, making it a good waypoint.

The pod is in the middle of an open area, so it should be easy to spot, but there are a lot of Anomalies around it, as well as along the path leading here. Bring extra Suit Batteries and maybe a Shield Recharge, or make sure the Rapidium Outpost is deployed and working so you can use it as a Fast Travel / Recharge point.

Class Photo, Night Sky Projector

In the northwestern corner of the map, there’s atunnel that leads away from the Metals Deposit.Follow it to find a lost suitcase.

Mind Wipe (Movie)

While you’re climbing the south side of the canyon, you’ll come across the damaged TUR vehicle.Check the east side of the gorge, across from the wreckto find a hidden suitcase containing this movie.

Skipping Rope, Yerba Kit

The southern canyon climb has an Energy Gate blocking the main path. Immediately after passing through it, you can eitherturn leftand climb the ledge (after recharging your battery), or continue straight andfollow the trail counterclockwiseto drill through the rocks and reach the cargo pod without climbing.

Act 3

Several of these cargo pods are near areas with Prism Anomalies, which can make searching for them a pain. You should disperse the anomalies first, especially for the Scout Badge and the Bong.

Scout Badge

At the top of the cave connecting the Rapidium and Enriched Metals deposits on the north side of the map,go out onto the ledge overlooking the landscape to the south.Follow the path around to find this cargo drop.

Self-Made Mug

The suitcase containing the Mug is on the ground at the top of the ledge near thesouthernmost Interal Veinthat you scan as part of the main plot. You can easily reach it byturning rightafter destroying the rocks that block the shortcut back from the rebel base.

Aliens Have Finally Responded (Movie)

When you reach the rebel base in the southwesternmost corner of the map,turn left while facing the entrance to their shelter.You’ll find this suitcase tucked among their supplies.

Bong

In the dark valley southwest of the base, which you have to pass through to reach the rebel base,look on the east sideto find a small hidden passage with a cargo pod.

Ask Me Something Only I Would Know (Movie), Secret Message From Earth (Movie)

Climb the ledge north of the Rapidium deposit andexplore the cave you find there. You’ll find not one, but two movies!

Head east from the base as if you were going toward the hill where you place the rescue beacon, but insteadclimb the smaller hill to the right (south).You’ll find a cargo pod there.
