Where Are The Mages Guild Spell Vendors And What Do They Sell?
Each of the Mages Guild Spell Vendors is located in their given city’s guild hall, save for the vendors at the Arcane University.
The Arcane University vendors are typically hanging around the Arch-Mage’s Lobby, or in the Lustratorium.
