How To Start The Quest
Florian left behind a bunch of stuff around for you to find on your plot. First was thekey that you dug up earlierin the game, which triggeredthe Keyed In quest with Jina.
This time, as you’re digging in your garden to plant crops, you’ll uncover a note written by him. In the note, Florian mentionstalking to the “hairy fellow"about some treasure he’s buried in Elderwood.
Who’s The Hairy Fellow?
Palia hasa few villagers who could be classified as hairy, so to find out who Florian was talking about, you can ask around to see if anyone knows about Florian’s treasure.
Your first thought, as mine was, might be Zeki. After all, Grimalkins are very hairy, right? You do have the option to ask him about Florian’s treasure,but he won’t know anything about it.
The"hairy fellow” you’re actually looking for is Tau. When you approach Tau to ask about the treasure, Hassian interrupts and tells you to meet them in Elderwood and Tau will help you track down the treasure.
Where To Find Florian’s Treasure
Head over to Elderwood andHassian will be waiting around the Honeymiel Slope area. After you talk to him, follow Tau’s tracks and, using your hoe, dig up the dirt pile to find the treasure.
You’ll receive three pieces of platinum ore, one piece of quartz, five stone bricks, andanother note from Florian congratulating youon finding his treasure. It may not be much, but completing this quest made Tau happy, so that’s what really matters, right?
