Summary

It’s been one of the biggest questions on the minds of gamers. No,not when will Hollow Knight: Silksong finally come. Beforethe holiday, for those wondering.

Rather, just how the heck would a live-action Axel work in the Twisted Metal TV series on Peacock. Would he have his signature wheels and rockets? Or would he fall victim of needing to make things work in live-action and end up in an oversized car? Well, we now have our answer.

Axel Fans, We’re Getting The Full Experience In Season 2

As first revealed by IGN, andas first spotted by Kotaku, Axel will be just like you imagined he would be in a live-action Twisted Metal adaptation.

In the near-two-minute trailer, Axel is shown in a super-quick, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment, but in those milliseconds, he has his dual wheels and what appears to be some mounted weaponry at his feet rather than his shoulders, though it’s hard to tell.

Before the release of this new trailer, it was unclear just how lore accurate Axel would be during Season 2.A quick teaser released in Februaryended with the Axel actor placing his arm inside the iconic wheels, but fans still had some trepidations.

For longtime fans of the Twisted Metal series, which sadly had a potential new game canceled before it truly went off the ground, other characters were also shown in the latest trailer, including Grimm, as well as Sweet Tooth and Calypso. Oh, and if there wasn’t enough metal to go around, Rob Zombie is playing in the background, which is about as awesome as it gets.
