Terminull Brigadethrows you into a battle where going headfirst into neon danger is just another Tuesday. As an action-roguelike co-op hero shooter, it’s all about getting the hang of your chosen character’s abilities and learning how to work with (or carry) your squad.
But with six different heroes to pick from, it’s easy to get overwhelmed, especially if you’re trying to figure out who shoots rockets, who heals with bread, and who just wants to sword-flip through everything in sight. That’s where this guide comes in. We’ve broken down every character and what they bring to the fight.

Which Character Should You Pick?
Here’s a quick breakdown based on playstyle to help you choose the right Rogueteer.
Who Is The Best Beginner-Friendly Character?
Colonelis theeasiest to pick up and play. His lock-on attacks are simple, his shield helps keep you and your teammates safe, and his ultimate just needs a general target area to do work. He’s great forlearning the flow of the gamewhile still makingmeaningful contributionsin a fight.
Maxis another strong beginner option if you likehelping the team while still dealing some damage.
Avoid Blade or Aurora if you’re new. They’re strong but rely on mobility and timing, which can be tricky to learn at first.
