Now, one Baldur’s Gate 3 has made an incredible realisation - Gale’s underwear should be enough to sate the orb’s hunger. Yes, really.The description of Gale’s underwearheavily suggests that he’s enchanted them, which should make them a magical item, right? Which in turn, should mean that he can eat his own pants,right?
Well, this player really put their money where Gale’s mouth is (or Gale’s money where their mouth is? Never mind), and has actually made him eat his pants. And now, you can too!

“The flavour text on Gale’s underwear implies that he enchanted them, thus I think it’s an oversight that you can’t feed it to him,” says Volno. “This mod changes that and allows Gale to consume the Netherese Briefs as if it was any other definitely enchanted item in the game. Your enjoyment of this mod will hinge entirely on if you still have the sense of humour of a 9-year-old child.”
Luckily, I do, so I will absolutely be installing this during my next playthrough. It’s also just super handy, since Gale will always have a backup snack with him if you haven’t been able to find something to donate to him by the time his cravings kick in. Sorry, Gale. But I suppose he has himself to blame for enchanting his pants in the first place.
