Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalonoffers a large variety of quests throughout your journey, each tied to the many characters scattered across the map. As you explore new regions, you’ll quickly find yourself caught up in the lives of those asking for help, with tasks ranging from simple favors to much more complex situations that take time to resolve.
Some of these characters are clearly struggling with the harsh reality of Avalon, while others are taking advantage of the chaos for their own gain. Since you often end up in the middle of these situations, making choices becomes an important part of how each quest unfolds.
How To Start See No Evil Quest
When you make it to the second region of the game called Cuanacht, you need tofind a character called Dreg, and he can be found southeast of the map near the entrance that leads to the Horns of the South.
Dreg will be sitting with his companion near a bonfire, soyou can approach them and speak to Dreg. After that, you will learn about their cause and what they do.
They will bothmention that Denholm is paying them handsomely to keep getting the deserters' scalps. This is where the See No Evil quest begins, and your first objective is to find this Denholm to learn more about it.
Denholm can be found in the main city of Cuanacht at the very northwest, and during your conversation with him, you will learn about the real story behind the two Dal Riata you met spreading rumors.
He will also offer you the same job by bringing in scalps for some coin, but that’s not the point of this quest.
At the end of the conversation, Denholm will mention thathe wants someone to deal with the two Dal Riata, and you can either accept to do so or not.
It doesn’t seem to matter if you accept or refuse the offer, as the objective of the quest will still be to get rid of Dreg and his friend.
Should You Side With Dreg Or Denholm?
Side With Dreg
You canspeak to Dreg first to confront him about the lies he told you, and he will tell you the full story now. Here, he will still offer the option to fight, buthe also has a second offer for you, which is toremain quiet about the situationandreceive a share of the profit.
If you accept his offer, you will get an immediate share of the profit, which is some gold, and then you can go back to them every few days to collect some easy free money.
Side With Denholm
However, if you are still determined to kill them, simply engage in a fight with them without even having to speak with them, and then, after you kill them, ensure you loot the Dal Riata Warrior’s Scalp from both of them.
When you do, head back to Denholm andtell him that the deed is done. He will be grateful that you completed the task, and this will complete the quest.
