The Seventh Trial Of Aql is located inThe Red Mawin the Hagga Rift, in the same cave system as the fifth trial, just a bit further to the west on theDune: Awakeningmap. This cave system is large, but the entrance to the cave where the altar is located glows an ominous red color, which means it’s pretty hard to miss whether it’s the middle of the day or in the middle of the night.
The seventh trial is a little more complex than the previous trials, as you’ll need to quickly take shelter in tents from the sandstorms that rip through the level.
Seventh Trial Of Aql Location
Head back towards the large and sprawling underground cave system in the Hagga Rift and hunt for the cave calledThe Red Mawon the map. You can’t miss the large entrance to the cave, as there’s a red glowing light emanating from it and a number of lights on the exterior.
The cave can be accessed by dropping from the top level directly above where the cave is marked on the map. You’ll need aSuspensor Beltto prevent your character from taking any fall damage. You can use the Shigawire Claw to climb out of the cave if you’ve unlocked it via the Trooper tree.
Seventh Trial Walkthrough
The seventh trial is more platforming as you dip between Stilltents to survive sandstorms. Follow the path and try to get to the tents as quickly as possible, otherwise you’ll be reset.
Once you’ve completed the seventh trial, you will have to complete one final challenge to finish the Footsteps of the Fremen journey.
