If pets are what you love the most aboutRoblox’s Grow a Garden, you’ll be pleased to hear that in the latest Zen Event update that brings Corruption to our gardens, new pets have been added that all continue the Japanese theme.
There are a few different ways in which to get the new pets, and it’s not straightforward to figure out which one is from where, so we’ll cover them all here, including the odds of getting them, and what their abilities are, too.

How To Get The New Zen Pets
There is some confusion on this update as originally the Wiki stated there would be Corrupted Zen Eggs, and two pets that have yet to be added are still attributed to coming from these: Tsuchinoko and Mizuchi.
As of writing, these pets do not appear to be obtainable, but perhaps they’ll come in yet another Zen Event update, or a bug may be preventing them from appearing.
There are five new pets that are currently obtainable from the latest Zen Event update. you may get these in one of three ways:
All Corrupted Zen Update Pets And Their Traits
These are all the new pets, their traits, the odds or price to obtain them, all broken down by where you can get them.
We have yet to unlock all new pets ourselves, so some of this information is based on community findings, and we’ll update as we learn more.
Odds:
34.5%
Trait:Every 2.22m, it will wave and invite good fortune, which givesan 8.18% chance that for the next 10.30s you might get the fruit you just sold back into your inventory. Rarer fruit have less of a chance.
14.5%
Trait:There is a4.25% chance that collecting Zen-type fruits will give them theTranquil mutation.
1%
Trait:It will occasionally remove nine mutations from nine different fruits in your garden. It thenapplies Corrupted Chakra with a very rare chance for the Corrupted Foxfire Chakra mutationto be applied to one random fruit.
4.35%
Trait:It willgive a 4.20% chance that collecting Zen-type fruits results in the fruit getting theCorrupt mutation.
Price:
350 Chi / 759 Robux
Trait:It will sometimes devour a fruit with the Shocked mutation for bonus value, then spit a chain lightning thatcan apply the Static or Shocked Mutation if there is a Thunderstorm.
