If you happen to have aNintendo Switch 2, a copy ofThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and are tired of looking at the same static picture of Link, wishing that you could have the ability to swap it out for something more unique, well, do we have the solution for you.

As first shared in Reddit’s Nintendo Switch 2 sub, by going into your system settings and changing your language from either English (United States) to English (UK/Australia) or vice versa, your home screen will also update to reflect the artwork of that specific region, giving you a fresh look.

“I like how the UK one has Link looking at the player, like inviting him to join the adventure,” one user wrote about the opposite cover art, while another wrote, “The U.S. one definitely feels more like BOTW to me.”

The Switch 2 Has Some Rather Unique Features, If You Happen To Look

The ability to make Breath of the Wild’s art look like another totally different region is part of the early charm that’s being discovered with the Switch 2. As Mike Drucker wrote for TheGamer on Sunday, Tate Mode is another feature that is worth exploring if you happen to have the latest Nintendo console.

“Tate Mode allows certain games with a more narrow, vertical play space to fill the screen. Some old arcade games - and bullet hells especially - use this orientation. When playing on a big TV, this hardly matters, but when playing on a handheld, your playable screen space often shrinks to the size and shape of a small bookmark.”

That’s just a small sampling of what’s possible, and there’s no doubt that more features will begin to be discovered or added in the months and years ahead.
