If you’re interested in competitive Pokémon, you’ll knowWolfe Glick. The most decorated player in the history of Pokémon Video Game Championships (VGC) is still a top competitor, winning two major tournaments this year, including the 2025 Pokémon Europe International Championships (EUIC).
With over 14,000 attendees, EUIC 2025 was the largest Pokémon tournament ever. In celebration of this year’s North American International Championships (NAIC), Game Freak is allowingPokémon Scarlet and Violetplayers to claim the exact Incineroar used in Wolfe’s EUIC-winning team.
The Best Pokémon Ever
This particular Incineroar’s tera type is Bug, has the moves Fake Out, Parting Shot, Flare Blitz and Protect, and holds Safety Goggles. Incineroar can be claimed by using the password, NA1C25C0NPER1SH, using Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s mystery gift feature.
The password is a reference to a quote said by top player Marco Silva when he faced Wolfe Glick in an online tournament, “Wolfe con [with] perish…” Silva was worried about Wolfe’s unorthodox team, which was constructed around utilising the move Perish Song. This strategy is notoriously hard to pilot, and Glick remains the only player to ever win a major tournament with a “Perish Trap” team.
Wolfe’s EUIC team featured Amoonguss, Scream Tail, Koraidon, Flutter Mane, Gothitelle and, of course, Incineroar.
NAIC is the last major tournament before the World Championships, which is taking place in Los Angeles on the weekend of August 15. NAIC is the last opportunity for players to accumulate Championship Points (CP), the metric by which players can qualify for the World Championships.
Incineroar remains a stable meta option because of its versatility, typing and natural bulk. Moves like Fake Out, Parting Shot and U-Turn allow players to play for positioning on the board, while Flare Blitz gives Incineroar some offensive capabilities.
Despite already qualifying for the upcoming World Championship, Glick is also competing in the ongoing NAIC, which is available to watch on Play Pokémon’sYouTubeandTwitchchannels.
