Funko takes the opportunity to release limited edition, usually somewhat uniqueFunko Popsat conventions throughout the year. However, since San Diego Comic-Con is the biggest convention of the year, it’s the one that gets the most attention, and this year, Funko has revealed more SDCC-exclusive Pops than ever, with some of the world’s biggest fandoms represented.

Pokemontends to steal the headlines when Funko makes its convention reveals. Dialga, Pakia, and Arceus Pops were released during conventions throughout 2024, and in 2025, it’s the turn of the Legendary Beasts. The reveal of a Jumbo Suicune Pop at WonderCongave the game away, and now the reveal of a Jumbo Entei releasing during SDCC has confirmed this year’s theme.

That means a Jumbo Raikou is coming at some point, so keep an eye on Funko’s convention reveals throughout the second half of the year if you want to complete the collection.

SDCC Will Have A Lot Of Exclusive Funko Pops This Year

Entei, Barbie, Shadow, All The Stars Are Here

The Jumbo Pokemon Pops tend to be the ones that sell out the fastest, so if you want that Entei, you’ll need to be quick. While Entei will go fast, it might not be the one that sells out first this time. That’s because a very limited edition facetedBarbieFunko Pop will be among the SDCC drops. Just to make what will already be a popular Pop even harder to get, the Barbie figure that’s designed to look like it has been carved out of a precious stonewill be limited to just 2,000 units.

Funko revealed so many Pops that will be available during this year’s SDCC that it would probably be quicker to list the IPs that aren’t represented than the ones that are. Some of the other highlights include a Buccaneer Shadow the Hedgehog that dresses the brooding anti-hero up like a pirate, shiny new Kuromi and My Melody Pops whose arrivals will coincide with the pair’s new show debuting on Netflix, and what I’m assuming will be Pingu’s first Funko Pop. Yes, that Pingu, the one that says “noot noot”. Images ofall of them can be found on Funko’s Twitter.

While Funko was slowly revealing all of the Pops that will be released during SDCC next month, TheGamer exclusively revealed some SDCC Pops of its own. Also dropping during the convention are two new Naruto Pops. One of them will give the anime’s hero cat ears, while the other is a Pop Moment that captures Sasuke as they’re using their Susano’o power.
