The nextPokemonPresentstakes place this Tuesday, giving us another round of trailers and new announcements across the series. While we don’t know what will be included in the showcase, we can start making more educated guesses now, as we know that it will be 24 minutes long.

While this doesn’t sound particularly long for a showcase, this is actually much longer than previous Pokemon Presents streams. As highlighted by Joe Merrick, webmaster of Serrebi.net,the last Pokemon Presents earlier this yearwas just shy of 20 minutes, and the one before that in early 2024 was only around 13 minutes long.

We Now Know How Long July’s Pokemon Presents Will Be

The 24-minute length only gets more impressive when we consider that we already got the 20-minute Pokemon Presents earlier this year. So, there’s a fair chance thatNintendohas more to show off now that theSwitch 2is with us, which means some exclusive games could be among the announcements.

Of course, fans are already speculating. Many believe that we have agood chance of a Gen 5 remake or remaster, since that’s next in line for the re-release treatment. With that said, many will be hoping that more care goes into it than what we got with Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, which turned out to just be a reskinned version of the original games - only with new bugs and less content than Pokemon Platinum. It also wasn’t made in-house at Game Freak, so we’ll have to see if a Pokemon Black & White is outsourced too.

As for other possible games that’ll make it to the showcase, there’s Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which is set to launch this October. That means it’s a pretty safe bet that we’ll get another look at the game at some point during the showcase.

The biggest reveal we could get is thenext generation of Pokemon, Gen 10. It’s inevitable that we’ll get it at some point, but there’s no word on when it will be with us or where it will draw inspiration from just yet. The launch of a new console does seem like the perfect time to start teasing that - and move on fromthe disappointment of the last generation, with Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

We’ll likely get the usual updates to Pokemon live services too, like the mobile games and Pokemon Unite. These are hardly show-stoppers, but they will definitely account for some of the runtime.

In any case, Pokemon Presents will be with us on July 22, this Tuesday.
