Hershey’s Kisses are the chocolates the world-renowned candy company is best known for, and it’s been making the bite-sized chocolates for well over a century. Their packaging has changed countless times during that time, but nothing like this. You’ll start to see Pokemon-branded bags of the chocolates pretty much anywhere Hershey’s Kisses are sold in the US very soon, and once you do, your candy-themed Pokemon journey can begin.
Like it or not, even though there are more than 1,000 Pokemon, it’s the original 151 that remain the most popular, and that’s they have been selected for Hershey’s duty. Each foil wrapper in Hershey’s limited edition bags has a picture of a Pokemon that was first introduced in the Kanto region printed on the bottom. That’s every Pokemon from Bulbasaur to Mew, and you’ve got the summer to try and find every single one of them.

There are a couple of ways you’ll be able to show off your Pokemon Hershey’s collection. There’s a tracker atthe Hersheyland websitewhere you’re able to log all the wrappers you’ve collected and unlock digital certificates as you hit certain milestones. That’s available to everyone. However, if you’re quick, and lucky, you can bag yourself a very limited edition Pokemon x Hershey’s Kisses collector’s case so you can display your wrappers with pride.
There’s a spot for every single wrapper in the collector’s case, and all you need to do to try and get one is head to the same Hersheyland link above, where you’ll find the tracker. There aren’t many available, and Hershey’s will issue them on a first-come, first-served basis until they run out.
Pokemon x Hershey’s Kisses are available in 10.1oz and 34.1oz bags, and you can start collecting as soon as you find the bags in stores. Prices will vary depending on where you buy them.
