One thing that I’ve noticed sinceOblivion Remasteredlaunched is just how many people are surprised to learn that Sean Bean is in the game. While everyone remembers Patrick Stewart’s iconic performance as Emperor Uriel Septim VII (for about five minutes), few seem to recall thatthe character’s son, Martin, is brought to life by none other than Sean Bean himself.
So, just to make it even more obvious, we havethis modthat makes Martin look just like his voice actor. Thanks to Nexus Mods user QwardNaffle, we can play Oblivion Remastered as if Sean Bean got his face scanned for the game, and the results are incredible.
An Oblivion Remastered Modder Made Martin Look Like Sean Bean, And It’s Eerily Accurate
As you’re able to see in the video, the likeness is stunningly accurate, and it almost definitely gives Martin one of the best-looking faces in the game. The quality will be far better than everyone else around him, but he is a main character, and nothing is too good formyemperor.
The facial animations work incredibly well with the new face too, so that won’t be too jarring. All in all, this is a breathtaking creation from QwardNaffle, and it’s available to download now if you want to give Martin a makeover.
This is far from the only Oblivion Remastered mod, as the game isone of the fastest modded releases on Nexus. Just the other day,we covered a mod that lets players skip Oblivion gateswhile still getting the Sigil Stones, since they can get old after the first few.
