While exploring Avalon, you’ll come across many items that may seem miscellaneous or unimportant, but there’s one you must keep a sharp eye out for: Dog tags. In the village, there is a Quartermaster who proves helpful, but is also on the lookout for the fates of various soldiers.
Scattered across the land are 13 dog tags that were left behind by the brave souls who once wore them. You must find all of them and bring them back to the Quartermaster to get this achievement. Without a metal detector,or our handy guide, this would be quite a scavenger hunt.
7The Fisher-King’s Successor

Fishing is a staple in gaming, sometimes a worthwhile endeavor, and other times just a way to unwind. Even though you wouldn’t expect something so action and adventure-focused to have fishing, it’s right there and will dangle a tasty trophy in front of you. On the surface, it looks straightforward: Catch all the fish types in the game.
There are only six, so it should be easy. Well, first youneed a fishing rod. Then you need to master the Stardew Valley-style fishing mechanics. Next, the RNG needs to be on your side to give you the fish you want. Finally, and most tricky, you need to trigger a specific quest to get access to the rarest fish.
6Pilgrim Of The Wilds
Praise Nature
There are plenty of achievements you’re able to get simply from playing the game and wandering around, but sometimes you need to pay close attention to your surroundings. Across the world of Tainted Grail, Shrines are honoring a powerful being known as the Stagfather.
To earn your horns as a true explorer of the wilderness, you mustlocate all three of these Shrines. They do stand out from their surroundings, but unless you’re actively looking for them, they can remain hidden for quite some time. Not to mention that they’re in dangerous locations that will claim the lives of the unprepared.
5Unleash The Legend
Awesome Arthurian Accomplishment
Where would a fantasy story be without giving the main character somesupernatural power? In the Tainted Grail, you eventually gain access to a special ability known as Arthur’s power. This can be used in a tight spot to turn the tide, help you recover, or look awesome while you’re fighting whoever.
While the game won’t hold back in some of its fights, enemies can behave erratically and strategically. That’s what makes this achievement fairly tricky to get, since you’ll need to use Arthur’s power to kill five enemies in a single use. Getting the conditions right can take longer than you’d expect.
4Pen Mightier Than The Sword?
It’s A Quote, So It Must Be True
The fantastic thing about gamers is how willing they are totry absolutely anythingto see what will happen. Just looking at the various speedruns and glitches shows an inhuman amount of dedication to figuring out how to break or mess with the mechanics of a game.
There’s no doubt that they’re already hard at work testing the limits of Tainted Grail, but some sound nonsensical. Still, sometimes you need that to get an obscure and tricky achievement like this one. All you have to do is kill an enemy using the Sketchbook, and you’ll have proven that even art is deadly in your hands.
3The Deadliest Catch
Kneel Before Rod
We return to the topic of fishing because there’s a fair amount of attention given to it. Even if you manage tocatch all the types of fishin the game, you still won’t truly be the king of fishing. That’s because a monstrous entity called the Scourge Of The Seas rules and terrorizes the waters unabated unless you stop it.
Once you find this monster, you must challenge it in a duel to the death. However, to grant the ultimate humiliation, you won’t use weapons or magic… but a fishing rod. You must kill the Scourge Of The Seas with a fishing rod to get this achievement, so may Poseidon smile on you.
2Trinity
Don’t Avoid
While fantasy pushes the boundaries of reality in general, sometimes it tries to go even further beyond the veil, beyond concepts of time and reality. Almost every fantasy universe has an idea of the Void, a realm of dark nothingness where only horrors thrive.
Well, in Tainted Grail, you’ll have toexperience the Voidto prove your worth. There are three locations where you can fight the dreaded Knights Of The Void, who will prove to be among the stronger foes. Find them and slay them to get this achievement and hopefully leave the darkness behind.
1The Oracle’s Cluck
A Little Chicken Wisdom
At this point, chickens are just an accepted gag in games simply because of what they’ve been known to do. They can maul you to death, explode, be used as weapons, or cause general chaos. What do they do in Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon? Why, they impart the wisdom of centuries, of course.
There’s achicken called Murielwho will share her vast knowledge whenever you find her. However, being such a chicken, Muriel is not easy to find, and you’ll need to do so three times to get this achievement and become truly enlightened.
