Monster High’s Skullector collection takes characters from iconic horror movies and turns them into real-life dolls with the signature Monster High look. With that in mind, it was only a matter of time until M3GAN got the Skullector treatment, and what better time to pull the trigger on such a perfect crossover with Megan’s sequel hitting theaters later this month?
Mattel has revealed its Megan Skullector doll, modeled after the AI character of the same name that has been terrifying audiences ever since her big screen debut in 2022. Megan returns for M3GAN 2.0 on August 01, 2025, but before then,starting on June 10, you will be able to buy her Skullector doll for $65,but be warned, due to the detail and accuracy, it’s even creepier than the image you have in your head right now.
Although the doll is detailed it, thankfully, isn’t life-size. Megan is more than four feet tall in the movies, while her Skullector doll is a fraction of that at just ten inches tall. It’s not the size of Megan that has quickly turned her into a modern-day horror icon, though. It’s the fact that she’s an artificially intelligent toy attempting to alter her code. Suffice to say, even though this version hopefully won’t come to life, if you plan on keeping it somewhere you’ll catch a glimpse of it in the middle of the night, you might want to reconsider its placement.

A Horror Doll Crossing Over With A Horror Doll Collection, It Was Always A Matter Of Time
Monster High’s Megan doll is a perfect blend of the Skullector style and how Megan looks in the movies. The devil is in the details, though, and there are a lot of them. For starters, Megan’s face is detachable. Once removed, a robotic layer is exposed, and what was previously a model of an AI doll from a horror movie quickly becomes even scarier as it is now an already-angry robot that has just had the flesh, or in this case plastic, peeled from its face.
The Skullector doll is wearing a dress adorned with a circuitboard pattern, and the look is completed with a pair of platform heels, but they’re no ordinary platform heels. The heels themselves demonstrate better than anything just how much time and effort has gone into designing Monster High’s newest crossover doll. One heel has been designed to look like Bruce the Robot, and the other is a paper cutter.
Megan will join other iconic horror characters in Monster High’s Skullector collection when her doll goeson sale at Mattel Creations on July 25, 2025. Other characters in Skullector’s ranksinclude Jack and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Wednesday from The Addams Family.
