Unfortunately, there’s no way to know which characters the enemy team is made up of before the match starts. But what if we told you there’s a way to bait the team into revealing its lineup?

The first thing you need to know about this trick is that if there’s a portal, very few players will be able to resist going through it. So, as showcased byfrankieabpon Reddit, all you need to do is lure the enemy team in via chat, saying that you have Doctor Strange on your team and that he’s going to open a portal outside the spawn room, near the practice area.
Start with a portal on the floor, then one directly above it on the ceiling. Since the map is designed in a particular manner, and players can’t resist jumping through portals, you’ll see the players falling constantly through the portals, giving you an idea of which character the enemy team is made out of. You can then change your team composition to counter it.
Of course, if players on the opposite team are wise to your idea, they may jump through the portals with a decoy team, and change things up later too. So, you’ll have to be careful when deploying this strategy. While you’ll know the enemy team composition, it’s still up to you to beat them, but you’ll have an upper hand thanks to the intel.
Thankfully, this trick hasn’t been patched out yet, so you should be able to use it for a while.
