Not only is NetEase dropping new skins left and right, but those skins are almost certainly pretty raunchy, withcharacters having some bodacious behinds, whether they are male, female orthe symbiote, Venom. That said, it appears that the recently announced Weapon X skin for Wolverine isn’t showing enough skin, and fans want that changed.
Marvel Rivals' Version Of Weapon X Wolverine Is Wearing Pants
To start, the official Rivals account shared two new skins for Wolverine (Weapon X) and Jeff the Land Shark (Sunshine Land Shark), pretty mundane stuff, only for fans to be disappointed that Weapon X Wolverine is wearing pants and is not naked.
“He should have that thing dangling,“one person wrote on Reddit, likely referring to Wolverine’s, err, Weapon X.Another commenter added, “Booty shorts or bust.”
To be fair, while Rivals players certainly have naughty intentions, Weapon X Wolverine historically does not have pants, almost always being depicted in his underwear, on account of being experimented on and all, something that even the Funko! Pop version got right.
“The Wolvie skin looks great, but we were robbed of pantless Wolvie,“one commenter succinctly wrote.
They’re not wrong. Weapon X Wolverine with pants just feels so wrong. Whether the response is enough to make Wolverine show some more skin remains to be seen, but it’s clear that fans were hoping for some NSFW Wolvie.
