Marvel Rivalshas a lot of very popular characters, but Luna Snow is arguably the poster child of the whole operation. She’s the best support character in the game, has barely received any form of nerf ever since the game’s launch, and now she has an army of loyal fans willing to throw down their lives (and wallets)for her cheeked-up summer skin.
Despite this, I can guarantee thatbarely anyone knew who Luna Snow was before Marvel Rivals, and even now, all people really know is that she has ice powers and is a popular K-pop artist. Outside the odd reference here and there in the game, and her ult being a little song and dance that lasts way too long, we’ve never really had a display of Luna Snow’s talents as a singer. She could be unemployed for all we know.
Marvel Rivals Reveals Luna Snow Music Video At SDCC
Thankfully, NetEase has assured us that Luna Snow does actually still have a job, showcasing a new music video for the Fate of Both Worlds Summer Remix during a panel at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Unfortunately, it’s not wholly original, as the music video is primarily made up of in-game cutscenes from MVPs her and other characters.
There are some fun little scenes in there though, such as Luna Snow dancing in front of a gyrating Spider-Man and a twerking Venom. Understandably, the symbiote stole the spotlight during the video, with cheers rising from the crowd every time Venom bust out his dance. Sorry Luna, it’s not your music video anymore.
Outside of that, we also got some more details about Blade,who will be dropping in Season 3.5 this August. During the panel, it was explained that Blade’s gameplay is going to be a mixture of both gunfire and melee, with his sword attacks being able to absorb energy from other players. It was then revealed that we’ll be getting a Blade gameplay showcase next Wednesday, so we’ll get to see a lot more then.
