I’m sure when NetEase makes a decision, the devs need to run it by Rivals before getting to work, but according to Chen, he and the rest of the Rivals team have free reign to add anyone from Marvel history to the hero shooter.

For those unfamiliar with Big Wheel, the wacky Marvel creation is exactly what it sounds like - a guy who rolls around in a giant wheel. Equipped with machine guns and rocket launchers, there might be something for NetEase to work with there. Big Wheel has a direct connection to Stilt-Man, a supervillain with really long legs that has also been requested multiple times on Reddit. The Wall also appears frequently in the replies.
