While playingMage Arena, you can get into various PvP matches against your friends or random players, and the victory is decided after one team defeats all the players from the other team and captures their flag. However, both you and your enemies start with the same two items and spells.
Though there is an easy way to still gain an edge over the enemies, and that’s done through crafting. you’re able to craft many items depending on what combination of resources you use, and here’s how each one affects the game.
Mage Arena is available on Steam in Early Access, and the things mentioned in this article are subject to change.
How To Craft In Mage Arena
Mage Arena works somewhat like a battle pass where you can’t enter a game with any items except for your spell book and the torch. Everything you use has to be made in the game, and themain method to do that is by crafting items by combining two specific resources.
These resources can be found inside the chest in your base or acquired by defeating small goblins running with items. These goblins alsodeliver these items to one of the bases if they aren’t defeated beforehand. Once you have the resources, you’re able to craft the items by heading back to your base and interacting with the tree trunk there.
You can also trade items with dwarves if you get a specific biome, and thiscan also give you some basic materials.
Once at the tree trunk, equip the item you want to use in your hand and put it on the trunk. Once you place any two items, they’ll make another item based on the recipe book beside the tree. you may only use the following basic materials for crafting: Rock, Log, Crystal, Bounce Mush, and Toad.
Every Crafting Recipe And What It Does
As you might notice, the recipe book beside the tree trunk is quite hard to read apart from the ingredients, so here’s a simpletable to explain how to make each itemand what it does:
