There are some characters inMarvel Rivalsthat just bring dread when they’re selected on the character selection screen. You know the ones, the DPS player that’s insta-locking their favorite character who shouts about stats at the end of a match as if it’s not a team cooperative-based game.

The same players who will cry about their favorite characters being nerfed as if it’s not a good idea for the health of the game. You pretty much know how annoying players are going to be based on who they play in Rivals, so it’s no surprise these character choices can prove just how annoying you are when you play them.

10Luna Snow

Unfortunately for you, you’re not even that annoying as a Luna Snow player. The only reason you’re here is because your ultimate Fate of Both Worlds annoys everyone you’re playing with on the opposite team. You know you’re one of the best Strategists in the game, your healing output is ridiculous, and your attitude matches this knowledge.

Your ability to kill is just as good as your ability to heal from almost any range, and you’re the backbone of your team. The only thing annoying about you is that you know you’re not the problem on the team; if you’re losing, it’s not your fault. Even more annoying is your ability to freeze an enemy right as they’re using their ultimate.

9Scarlet Witch

There’s something about a player who doesn’t have to have precise aim, has an ability to disappear and slide away from danger, and who claims to have saved the team while everyone else is working harder than they are. I won’t callScarlet Witch a no-skill characterlike most, but you’ll be in trouble if you’re in her sights and can’t get away.

Scarlet Witch players are annoying because they love to act better than other Duelists, without admitting that it’s slightly easier to use her as the lock on for aiming with her is helpful. If you let a Scarlet Witch kill more than two team members with her ultimate ability, you won’t hear the end of it.

8Wolverine

Main character energy follows you if you’re a Wolverine main, making you quite an annoying player. You think playing the iconic character will automatically win you the round, and those claws can terrify almost every Vanguard available in the game. Your favorite thing to do is to fling other players around with Feral Leap, jumping in, out, and around everywhere.

Just when everyone thinks you’re done, your passives kick in, giving you extra health or extra damage. You use this time to ensure you get away and do it all over again, reveling in the ability to put fear in the eyes of every Vanguard, along with every other role. As one of the only Duelists who can do this to Vanguards, you’re happy to play up your impatience, and unfortunately, increase your annoyance. You laugh while you throw players into the enemy team.

7Jeff

Nearly unkillable, and mostly not helpful, Jeff is such a weird character, and Jeff players are just as annoying as the adorable land shark is cute. Jeff players are just as apt to swallow their own team with It’s Jeff as they are to be helpful and swallow the enemy team. They’re cute little mistakes, as Jeff is sometimes written off, making them feel like they can get away with anything.

If you’ve chased a Jeff up a wall, you’ll understand how difficult it was to kill one from bubbles to health regeneration when they dive. Though nerfs have removed some of the survivability of this little bugger, his ability to act innocent while thorwing games is unmatched. Jeff players are mostly annoying because you’ll either get a master player or one who ruins the game.

6Squirrel Girl

Squirrel Girl players will actively swap to her, stand in a corner, and just hold the shoot button down, and will get several kills from just this. As this fills her bar, they will then release squirrels along the ground, killing anyone who isn’t fast enough to see where they are and get off the ground or move out of the way.

Then, they laugh as they know you’re atching the death cam where you can’t even see them because they’re shooting from some random wall and bouncing their acorns into you. I’m not calling Squirrel Girl players evil, but I am calling them annoying.

5Captain America

Captain America players feel like they are the most important player on their team, and their favorite (and most annoying) thing to do is jump around a point, stopping it from moving and annoying everyone who isn’t paying attention or just can’t kill him. Once you hear him yell “assemble,” you’ll know there’s no point in even doing anything to him.

You think you’re invincible, and for the most part, you are, making you even more annoying as you never actually play with your team. While you won’t complain about no heals, you are repetitive. If you happen to die, you will just run back into the fray and do the same thing you did last time, leaving your team ebhind and jumping around claiming to be helpful.

4Groot

As a Groot player, you’re annoying because you think you’re helping your team when, in actuality, you’re making everything much harder for them. It’s not on purpose, but those walls that you think are protecting your team are actually cutting your Strategists off from healing you or interrupting their ultimates.

That, or you’re blocking yourself or your Duelists into some dangerous situations. While Groot is sometimes a top-tier pick for preventing the enemy team, you’re also kind of annoying overall.

3Iron Fist

You’re the type of player who will happilyshout out the Iron Fist ultimate line in everyday life. You think you’re the real star of the team, with main character energy, because you may do so much. You take on an air of importance because you can handle the Ultron or Iron Fist everyone is ignoring, and you can heal yourself when you’re done. You can even deflect several ultimate abilities, adding to the feeling that you are the team.

In actuality, though, that haughtiness makes you one of the most annoying players. You’re the first to shout that you aren’t getting healed, even though you may heal yourself. Quick to blame everyone else for losing, while you’re flying off in the air, unable actually to kill anything at all or contribute to the objective, rushing in with your ultimate when you’re almost dead, only to die while doing it.

2Black Panther

As a Black Panther main, you definitely top the list of annoying players. You’re either going to be a menace to the backline that’s hard to catch, or you’ll be really, really bad at Black Panther. Elusive, quick, and with the attitude and confidence that you’re immortal, you’re a pretty annoying player.

You’re ready to mark and destroy several players, then run off spinning to the nearest health pack and return to do it all over again. The most annoying among you are ready to plop a seat in your throne after being annoyingly hard to catch, just to get on your opponents' nerves.

1Spider-Man

There’s a reason Spider-Man always seesso many bans, and it’s because most Spider-Man main players play him in the most annoying way. His nerf to Amazing Combo helped rein in the ridiculous control he had with just upercutting an entire team.

Get Over Here! is probably your favorite move because you think you’re clever with pulling players off the map. As a Spider-Man player, you’ve definitely got your lord icon and instalock Spider-Man just to see how many Strategists you can flank and kill with your ultimate before running away to repeat your reign of terror on the opposite team’s backline.
