Finding the Coralum Ore can be a challenge because, unlike other types of ore in the game, it isn’t found in the form of any large deposits that you can mine. Instead, you have to rely on the fishing mechanic to gather a large amount of Coralum Ores to craft Coralum Ingots.
How To Get Coralum Ore
There aretwo primary waysto gather Coralum Ore. You can eitherobtain Coralum Ore by fishing for Whalaska,or byusing a Fishing Magnettosalvage ores from bubbling rubble reservesthat can be found in the sea,near high-level areas, such as around Feybreak Island.
Whalaska is often found inAdvanced or Master fishing spots. This fish pal isonly found during the daytime. One sure-fire way to get it is to look for it near theshores around the Feybreak Tower. Make sure you’ve got theAdvanced Fishing Rod equipped.

How To Salvage The Coralum Ore
To salvage the Coralum Ore from the rubble in the sea, first you need tocraft a Powerful Fishing Magnet,which can beunlocked from the Technology menu at Level 61. You need aHexolite Bar to craft ten Fishing Magnets at a Production Line, and using them on the rubble will consume one Fishing Magnet.
Coralum Ore can be found in the rubble inthe sea in high-level areas.To approach these rubbles, you need aPal with swimming skills, such as Azurobe, Surfent, or Jormuntide. you’re able to thenride these Palsafter crafting their saddle, and then you’ll have toequip the fishing rodand hold the button to enter the mini-game.
The mini-game requires you to press the button when thebar is within the green region of the circle. If you fail the mini-game, your fishing magnet will not be consumed, so you cantry as many times as you needuntil you succeed.
