At first glance,Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalondoes not need to strike as the game that will be full of secrets, and you might think it’s more on the surface level with no depth to it, but that’s not true at all. How To Start The Lingering Bonds Quest
The Lingering Bonds is a secret questthat you can undertake, and it requires you totraverse all the way northeast of the map toward the All-Mother’s Temple fast travel point.
From that point, make your wayslightly west and climb the hill,and you should be able to finda skeleton sitting at the edge, but when you approach you, you’re able to’t interact with it.
This is why you need toset a bonfire and skip time until the night.
Doing so will allow you tointeract with the skeleton,and it will reveal itself as a ghost.
Engage with the conversation with him,and the ghost will reveal thathe is the father of Fearghasand will entrust you witha ring that he wants you to deliver to his son, Fearghas.
How To Complete The Lingering Bonds Quest
Now make your way back to the main city, andjust north you should find Fearghas sitting at his outdoor office.Speak to him about the ring that you have.
During the conversation,you have the option to either tell him the truth that you met his fatherorsay that you found it on a skeleton and lie.However, this choice does not affect the outcome of the question.
If you tell him the truth,he will not believe you at first, and he will ask you a few questions about his father to learn more.
At the end of the conversation, he will still not believe you entirely, but he will appreciate you getting his family ring to him, andthis will complete the quest.
