As you progress through the different regions inTainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon, you will find yourself constantly meeting characters and getting quests from them as they require your help, whether it’s for killing someone, getting something for them, or even investigating.
However, not all quests will be easy to spot or get, as sometimes you might see an interesting or intriguing character and, when you talk to them, you will realize that they might need your help. This is the case for the Forging a Path quest, as you will see a soldier in distress but have no idea how you can help.
How To Start Forging A Path Quest
After you reach Cuanacht,make your way to the main city hospitalwhich is located just north and go inside. Here you will find a few patients, but the one you need to talk to islocated on the left side, called Kamelot Scout.
When you speak to him,he will sound like he got mad or traumatized about something, so you will not have a conversation with him. Sospeak to the hospital owner Aileiabout the scout in hopes of learning what happened to him.
Unfortunately, she does not know exactly what happened, butshe will instruct you to go and seek Denholmin order to learn about the issue here. This is where the Forging A Path quest begins.
How To Complete Forging A Path Quest
Denholm is located justwest of the hospital at his usual station, so make your way to him and speak to him. You will learn that during his mission, the scout probably caught the Wyrdness and is now kind of lost, with nothing you can really do.
However, what seems to worry Denholm more is that the scout didn’t finish his mission, andhe wants you to complete what he started. The only thing you need to do ismake your way to the Iron Gateand make sure the road is secure.
Head over there, and you don’t really have to defeat any enemies on the way, so just reach the Iron Gate.
After you arrive to Iron Gate, you will find the Gatekeeper.Speak to himto learn that the road is safe. He will say all is clear, however, the Iron Gate itself is blocked by rocks, so you’re able to’t go any further, andnow you can report back to Denholm.
After you make your way back to Cuanacht and report your findings to Denholm,the quest will be completed.
