Cam is the representation of a trash can in the game’s house, and his relaxed and careless personality won’t be an easy one to conquer. With a few tips and some scraps from this guide, you’ll learn how to romance Cam and unlock all his endings in Date Everything.
How To Meet Cam
You can interact with Cam in two different rooms that have trash cans: the kitchen and your office. The one in the kitchen is next to the sink, and the other one is next to your desk.
I interacted with both alternately during my run to get the love ending, and I didn’t notice any issues.
Dislikes
Whatever this game is.
Cam is a tough one. He doesn’t like small talk, andhe gets triggered as soon as he hears trash-related terms said negatively. While throwing garbage and describing it in the nastiest way possible is always a good way of winning him, whenever you’re talking about anything else, you’ll feel like you’re annoying him. It’s like you’re onlyone word from being hated by him.
To avoid that fateful end (unless you’re looking for it), always be very mindful of the dialogue choices that have words like “waste”, “trash”, and similar ones with a demeaning adjective. Sometimes the game will trick you and show you only bad options to make Cam angry, butas long as you don’t get under his nerves more than twice, you’re able to still save the relationship.
Love Ending
As you make your best to be liked by Cam, and no matter how well you do, you’ll get into a situation where he opens up abouthow he’s seen by others and what he feels about himself.He comments on this in a very sad way, full of frustration. After the chat, it would like it’s over for you, but you still have a chance.
Rest for a day, and interact with any trash can one more time. You’ll get the chance toapologize to him, and Cam will accept it, even if he’s a bit surprised at first.Tell him about your love feelings, then you can raise the temperature very quickly(“Would it be so bad if I love you?”, “Let’s do it. Let’s get trashy”) and he will be ready to go with you.
Friendship Ending
Follow the same route as the previous ending, but after apologizing, you canchange the love tone to a more friendly one, and he’ll be good with that.
Hate Ending
Use all the options that you see that speak badly of trash, and try to be as annoying as you can by trying to chat with him about anything else (except for the SPECS check of Empathy 80, don’t use this!). He will be ready to hate you after he opens up.
SPECS Reward
No matter what ending you get, Camrewards you with five points in Poise.

During one of your chats with Cam, you will have a dialogue option thatrequires 80 in Empathy. Being able to select this one will lead the way to the collectable.
Apologize to Cam to reachhis love endingand this collectable.

To get this last object,you need to meet Jerry, the “lost things” in your office desk drawer. You have to get rid of all his trash. You do so by followinga quest with Celiaand returning some objects. One will bea bag of trash,perfect for Cam.
