Not every quest inTainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalonrevolves around personal drama or day-to-day struggles. Some challenges are deeply rooted in the broader journey you’re on, tied to ancient legends, political alliances, or the fate of Avalon itself.
One such moment arises during your time in Cuanacht, where you’re tasked with rallying support for Lord Yvain’s pursuit of the Holy Grail. Among those you must persuade is Neante, though she won’t agree to join without proof of your worth. Only by completing her quest, Where the Light Once Dwelt, will she consider standing at Yvain’s side.
How To Persuade Neante To Join Lord Yvain
In order to start this quest,you need to speak to Neante, who can be found insidethe Tarian Family Cryptjust northeast of the main city. When you speak to her, she will mention that she needs your companyat the altar located east of the cryptfor an important matter.
Make your way there, andyou will find Neante waiting for you at the altar. Speak to her and let her know that you are ready for the ritual. This will transport you toa different dimension of the current location, where you will find Neante standing.
Speak to her andreassure her that you are real,then continue the conversation. At some point, you will be given a choice, so be sure to pick ‘It will be, if you come with me. You have the gift of healing people, and you are needed.’
After this, you will return to the real world near the altar again,where you may speak to Neante again. She will now be whole once more, and thank you for helping with the ritual, which has now succeeded.
One last step you need to do isgo back to Cuanacht and head to Neante’s quarterswhere she can be found. Speak to her now, andshe will agree to join Lord Yvain in his quest for the Holy Grail.
