The Dark Brotherhood questline is undoubtedly one of the best inOblivion Remastered,featuring several enthralling quests, includingoptional missions like The Renegade Shadowscale.Once you get to the latter stages of the questline and begin to take your orders from Lucien Lachance, you’ll notice that your targets become more numerous.
One of the bloodiest Dark Brotherhood quests is Next Of Kin, which tasks you with locating and killing every member of the Draconis family, starting with their Matriarch, Perennia. Perennia has a list with the locations of each Draconis family member, so she’s the key to completing Next Of Kin.
How To Start Next Of Kin
After youcomplete Affairs of a Wizardby collecting yourreward from the Great Oak in Chorrol,you’ll immediately receive your next contract from Lucien Lachance: Next of Kin.
Where To Find Every Draconis Family Member
Your orders task you with sneaking intoPerennia Draconis' house,dispatching her, and collecting a list of her children and their locations so you can hunt them down as well.
First, head to Applewatch, west of Brumaand southwest of Cloud Ruler Temple.

How To Kill Caelia Draconis
First, let’s start withCaelia Draconis,who you’ll find inLeyawin.
Whatever you do, don’t alert Caelia of what you plan to do to provoke her, as it will still incur a 1,000 gold bounty.
You can kill Caelia in a few places:
All options are acceptable, but willincur bounties if you kill Caelia directly(though she can’t arrest you if you kill her in one hit), so it’sbest to kill her indirectly.
The simplest method is by using aFrenzyspell on her to provoke her to attack and let the guards take her down,but you can always try a strong sneak attack with melee or arrows that will kill her quickly.
Go to a Thieves Guild Fence to have your bounty removed if you kill her directly, or you’ll be arrested when you next come across city guards.
Once Caelia falls via theFrenzyspell or a direct attack, you may continue with your mission.
How To Kill Andreas Draconis
From here, you may targetAndreas Draconis at the Drunken Dragon Inn.Head to the southeast section of Cyrodiil, where you’ll find the innsoutheast of the Nibenay Basin, northeast of Leyawin.
Enter the Drunken Dragon Inn, where you’ll spot Andreas at the bar. There aretwo easy waysto get him to die without being directly held accountable:
Once you finish letting the Imperialguarddo your dirty work, you can move on to your next target.
How To Kill Sybilla Draconis
Next up, let’s turn our attention toSibyllaDraconis, who you’ll find inMuck Valley Cavern.Enter the cave and kill the bears you encounter along the linear path.
Luckily, this is a small area, and you’ll soon reacha larger room where a bear, rat, and Sibylla await you.Take them out however you see fit, and you’ll have another member of the Draconis family off your list.
How To Kill Matthias Draconis
Lastly, it’s time to findMatthias Draconis in the Talos Plaza Districtof the Imperial City.
As always, there are a few approaches to this, as Matthias can be mosteasily found in his home, oryou can take him out on his way out of theBloated Float in the Imperial Waterfront District.
To kill him on his way out of the Bloated Float,ensure you can hit him with arrows from a distance or sneakilyusing your sneak skill.
Or you can always use the good ol’Frenzytrick when he’s near guards.
The most straightforward method is tohead to Matthias Draconis' home in the middle of the nightand kill him while he’s at home and his partner is sleeping.
With the final member of the family dispatched,head to the Castle Skingrad Courtyardto collect your reward.
