Dune: Awakeninghas multiple social hubs where you can meet with NPCs, other players, and do a variety of different things, ranging from grabbing quests to paying your taxes. But the game doesn’t immediately share with you how to get to these places, instead often letting you explore and find things for yourself.

Harko Village is one of these social hubs, and it’s also one of the biggest. But the game doesn’t have a big neon sign pointing in the direction of Harko Village, and if you miss a line or dialogue or a tutorial, you might be looking for it in the wrong places.

How To Get To Harko Village

You actually can’t travel to Harko Village in Dune: Awakening by literally moving to it on the map, either on foot or on a sandbike. Instead, you’re going to need to fly there.

There are a couple of ways to do this:

Traveling to Harko Village cost us 2,500 Solari. So if you do hire a pilot, ensure you get all the business done in Harko Village that you may every time you visit; forgetting something is going to be costly.

What Is Harko Village?

Harko Village is themain Harkonnen base in Dune: Awakening, acting as their faction’s home. However, you don’t need to be affiliated with the Harkonnen to visit. There are other Houses present too, along with ahuge variety of vendors, Class Trainers, an Imperial Bank, and a lot more.

For instance, you’ll need to start paying Imperial Tax, unless you want the Imperials less than pleased with you. you’re able to do this at the Bank in Harko Village, as well as deposit any of your Solari funds that you don’t want to have to carry around in your pockets.

With Harko Village being a social hub, there’s also likely going to be other players from your world, as well. It’s a place that you probably won’t be spending too much time in during the early game, but if you align with the Harkonnen, it’s somewhere you might be spending quite a bit of time in the late game.
