ForRoblox’s Grow a Garden’s new Zen Event, the main focus is on trading in crops with the Tranquil Mutation to multiple NPCs to grow the Zen Channeller’s tree and earn Chi so that you can get some of the awesome new items, such as Zen-themed pets, cosmetics, and seeds.
But how exactly do you get the Tranquil Mutation in Grow a Garden? If you log on at the wrong time, you might feel like it’s impossible! Don’t worry though, we’ve got a complete breakdown of what you need to know right here.
We’re still exploring the new Zen Event, so as we know more, we’ll update and add to this guide as needed.
Zen Aura Event
The Zen Aura event can happen at thestart of every hour and lasts for ten minutes. During this time, fruits in your garden have a chance to naturally become Tranquil when blue balls of light shoot out from the zen area in the center of the map and land in your garden.
You’ll know when this is happening (other than the time), because the weather effect will show leaves and strange clouds in an almost cylinder-like shape around the map in a pinkish-orange hue.
However, as of the new Corrupted update,there is a chance that instead of the Zen Aura event happening on the hour, it may instead be the Corrupted Zen Aura event, whichgives the Corrupt Mutation. You will know if it’s this one instead, as the sky will be red instead of blue, and red orbs will shoot out instead.
Tranquil Pet Ability Or Mutation
Tanchozuru Pet
TheTanchozuru pet is available from a Zen Egg(with a 4.6 percent chance of hatching it), andevery 10.25m, it will meditate for 10.13s, after which nearby fruits in a 15.13 stud radius have a 5.06 percent chance of mutating into Tranquil.
Pet Mutation Shard Tranquil
If you’re not having much luck with hatching a Tanchozuru, you canpurchase the Pet Mutation Shard Tranquil from the Zen Shopfor200 Chi or 279 Robux. This can then be used to apply the Tranquil mutation to a pet, which means every24.43m, a fruit near the Tranquil Pet will find inner peace and gain the Tranquil Mutation.It also turns the pet blue.
This isn’t as good as Tanchozuru’s trait, as it only affects one fruit rather than a whole range, but it’s easier to obtain than the rare pet.
You need to grow the Zen Channeller’s tree seven times to unlock this item in the store, unless you choose to purchase it with Robux, in which case it ignores the unlock requirements.
You can also obtain the Tranquil Mutation by using thePet Mutation machine, but there isonly a 3.02 percentchance you’ll get it this way, so it’s far less reliable.
How Can I Tell If My Fruit Is Tranquil?
you’re able to always see which mutations a fruit has by highlighting and see which mutations are listed below its name. However, you can alsosee if it’s Tranquil at a glance because a glowing character will emanate from it.
Crops with the Tranquil mutation appear to have a multiplier of 20 based on our testing.
If you’re struggling to find the Tranquil fruit in your garden, you canpurchase three Tranquil Radars for 18 Chifrom the Zen Shop. Theseautomatically harvest all ripe Tranquil cropsfrom your garden, providing they aren’t favourited.
