During your time playingPalworld, you will realize that the gameplay revolves around catching pals and collecting resources to build your base and survive in general in this deserted world. So to survive, not only do you need to have strong companion pals that will help you fight, but also an arsenal of decent weapons that will be reliable for you to use.
There are so many weapons that you may use in the game, and with every new update the game receives, they add even more to expand the arsenal of weapons that you have to play with and enjoy. Among the new ranged weapons that were added with the latest update is the Overheat Rifle, and this guide will go over how to get your hands on it.
How To Craft The Overheat Rifle
The Overheat Rifle is a new weaponthat was introduced in the game with the Tides of Terraria update, and if you want to get your hands on it,you will need to level up your character to nearly the new max level, which is 64.
This is because only after reaching that level will you be able tounlock its recipe in the Technology menu, allowing you to craft it; but that is not all.
With the recipe unlocked, you’ll also need the proper production structure to craft it, andthis is the new Advanced Civilization Weapon Assembly Line, which can beunlocked from the Technology menu at level 62.
Just like all high-level production structures, this one requires power going into your base, and this is where the Power Generator comes into play.
Chances are, you already have power set up in your base by now, so all you have left to do iscraft the Advanced Civilization Weapon Assembly Lineand interact with it.

The Overheat Rifle is a new ranged weapon that benefits froman unlimited ammo capacity magazinebutsuffers from overheating due to constant use.
It’s powerful, but since this is a unique weapon,you will need to have ammo specific to it, and that is theOverheat Rifle Ammo.
The Overheat Rifle Ammo recipe can also be unlocked at level 64, and then you will be able to craft the ammo from the same advanced structure.
