Master Training quests inThe Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remasteredare special opportunities to push your skills beyond the usual limits, allowing you to reach the maximum level of 100. Each skill has its own master trainer who offers training, but don’t expect these quests to be simple - you’ll need to prove your worth before they’ll consider helping you improve.
Before you’re able to access these quests, certain conditions must be met, and each skill has its own set of requirements. For example, this guide focuses on how to unlock Alchemy Training, find the master trainer, and complete the task.
How To Start The Alchemy Training Quest
This is one of the master training quests in Oblivion,so you will need to have at least 70 in Alchemy skillbefore you’re able to trigger this quest to happen.
Once you reach the required level, make your way to Bravil andlocate Ardaline at the Mages Guild there. He should have an option that says ‘Training.’
Select it, andhe will mention the master of Alchemythat you can go and locate.
This will also trigger the Alchemy Training quest.
How To Find Tamika Vintage 399 And Surilie Brothers Vintage 399
The Alchemy master isSinderion, who can be found in theWest Weald Inn cellar in Skingrad. After you interact with him, he will need to see your worth before he can train you in Alchemy.
For your task, you need to bring two of the rarest bottles of wine:Tamika Vintage 399 and Surilie Brothers Vintage 399.
There are multiple places where you may find these bottles, but probably the easiest and closest one isat the Wine Cellar at Castle Skingrad.
After you enter the castle at Skingrad,make your way to the upper floorand then go to the right side, where you will find a door leadingto the dining hall. From there, take the first entrance to the right side andthen the stairs down, which will lead you to the wine cellar.
You need to lockpick the door, but it’s an easy one, so you should be good. In the wine cellar,make your way to the left side, and you should find multiple wine racks in the middle of the room.
All you need to do iscarefully navigate each rack until you spot Tamika Vintage 399 and Surilie Brothers Vintage 399, as there are different versions of each wine brand.
Make sure not to get caught; otherwise, you will lose the stolen wine.
If that somehow happen, just simply head back to the wine cellar at the castle and grab another two.
How To Complete The Alchemy Training Quest
Once you have both bottles, head back to Sinderion andgive him the two bottles. After speaking to him and handing over the wine, the quest will be complete.
Not only that, butyou will now have a new training option when speaking to Sinderion, who can help you further train toincrease your Alchemy skill.
