Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalonhas a wide array of gameplay mechanics, from melee combat to magical spells, long-range attacks, and alchemy. However, this game also introduces farming activities like mining, blacksmithing, and crafting, which will aid you in your adventures across Avalon.
As you progress through the game, you’ll find plenty of treasure boxes and chests, and some of them are quite well protected. But fret not, lockpicks are useful tools that’ll help you to get your hands on some spicy loot, and here we are to tell you all about them.
How To Pick Locks
From time to time, you’ll find locked chests scattered all around the world, in dungeons, bandit headquarters, in ruined fortresses, and many other places. This usually means that the treasures inside are well protected for a reason. To open these chests and get that precious loot, you must use a lockpick.
This involves a minigame where, once you interact with the locked chest, a closer view of the lock will pop up. You mustmove the pick around until you hear a distinctive, metallic clacking sound; once you do, press E until the lock gives in and opens up, revealing the riches inside.
How To Craft Lockpicks
While lockpicks will break every time you use them (regardless of the result),you’re able to gain easy access to more of those by simply crafting more. After arriving on the shores of Avalon, andonce you reach the Keeper’s Fortress and get access to the crafting table, you’ll be able toforge four Lockpicks for one piece of Iron Ore.
If you don’t have Iron ore, you musthead out with a pickaxe andmine enough Iron Ore veinsuntil you have enough material to craft more.
