As you progress throughDune: Awakening, you’re going to find there are a great number of resources you’re going to have to figure out not just how to find, but how to obtain great numbers of. Some of these are easier to find than others, or are available in a wider variety of locations.
Insulated Fabric is one of the resources that’s a bit tougher to track down, if only because it doesn’t exist on the map in most places. You’re going to have to go on a very focused search to get it, and you’re also going to have to prepare for what could be a difficult fight.
Where To Find Insulated Fabric
You’re going to need to head north if you’re on the hunt for Insulated Fabric, northwest in particular. It’s not quite in the corner of the map, but it islocated in Stonestep Valley, which is about two-and-a-half kilometers west of Griffin’s Reach.
How To Find Stonestep Valley
Stonestep Valley is obviously nestled in a valley, but specifically, it’s locatedin a rocky spire near the larger rock wall that forms the northeastern edge of the valley. The entrance is carved into the rock face, and it’s a particularly involved location, with a lot of enemies and quite a bit of parkour.
Insulated Fabric can befound in any of the chests located here; you’re likely going to find it more than once.
For our part, we found a little less than 40 Insulated Fabric when we cleared Stonestep Valley. It’s possible you’ll find more or less than that, and there is some other high-quality loot inside this located, including Uniques that are often in the final chest.
