The Tides of Terraria update adds a massive dungeon toPalworld, which houses many new Pals as part of a crossover with the Terraria franchise. The Illuminant Bat resides deep inside the Sealed Realms of Terraria, so you need to be prepared enough to venture freely inside the dungeon.
Illuminant Bat has large luminous eyes, but it’s a small Pal, which is not very suitable for combat. It’s not useless, as its Partner Skill is helpful and lets you gather items during exploration faster. you’re able to also keep it at your base to make it help you with harvesting crops.
Where To Find Illuminant Bat
Head toThe Sealed Realm of Terraria, which is located southeast of Fisherman’s Point; you will find yourself in alush green area, but the Pals here are low-level, so you won’t find Illuminant Bat anywhere here. Keep progressing further, till youreach an intersection with a house that leads you to the next area.
The area is maze-like, which will randomly generate, but this intersection and the hole following it appear in every run, so you should spot it eventually.
You will then reach a ratherluminous area, which indicates that you are on the right track. Head further inside, and you willfind a hole in a cave which will take you to the deepest part of the dungeon if you dive down; you will find the Illuminant Bat here.
How To Catch Illuminant Bat
The Illuminant Bat isaround level 45, but they are frail, so you can catch them with any Pal with the same level, and you can alsouse somelow-level weapons like the Meowmere to damage it slightlybefore catching it. It is possible to capture it with the Giga Sphere, but your odds will be lower, so we recommend using anUltra or Legendary Sphere.
Illuminant Bat Partner Skill And Work Suitability
Illuminant Bat has a very convenientPartner Skill called Bat Backup; if you keep the Pal in your team,it willgather all close-by items, which saves you the trouble of detouring from your path. Illuminant Bat also haslevel one Gathering Work Suitability, which will help you organize your crops in your base.
