These implants allow players to upgrade and modify their Pals by granting them passive buffs, swapping out passives, and buffing what they might already have. Today, we’ll walk you through how to obtain every type of implant in the game, explain what each one does, and show you how to install them properly using the Surgery Table.
What Are Implants?
In Palworld,implants are modulesthat you canslot into your Palsto give thempassive skillsor replace the ones they already have. These range fromstat boostslike increased movement or attack power toutility perkslike reduced hunger or stamina use.
You’ll be able touse implantsby crafting and using thePal Surgery Table,which is unlockable attechnology level 36.
Where To Find Every Implant
Knowing where to find each implant is important inoptimizing your team.Below, we’ll walk you through where tolocate every implantand how to get the most out of them.
Default Implants
When you first unlock thePal Surgery Table, it will already offer afixed set of passive implants. These typically includetraits like Serious, Nocturnal, and Nimble,which are great for boosting work output, increasing night production, or buffing movement speed.

The implants from Bounty Officers and the Arena Merchant are reusable, so you only need topurchase them once.
Vigilante Bounty Officer

You can get bounty tokens bydefeating Wanted Fugitivesaround the world. Speak toIntel Dealersto get information on their whereabouts. All implantscost 30 Bounty Tokens.

Pal’swork speed increasesby fifty percent.
Interact with the Pal Surgery Table,select the Pal you want to modifybeneath Transfer Passives, thenchoose an implantfrom the list to add. Once applied, the change is permanent.
