If Prismbeard’s Treasure Hunt wasn’t enough, Auni has yet another one for you inPalia’s Elderwoods. This time he’s in search of the lost treasure of the Rasquellywag, which has something to do with the Rockerpod books he reads.
Searching for this treasure involves finding lost books and Rockerpods all around Elderwoods and Kilima Village. If you’re having trouble figuring out your next steps, we’re here to help you find what you need.
How To Start The Rasquellywag’s Riches Quest
This adventure actuallybegins with the Lost and Foundquest. Auni meets you at your plot to ask you to help him find a bookhe lost near a cave in the Elderwoods.
You’ll begin your search in theeastern part of Deep Woods, along the river. From there, follow the trailup the cliffsideto a cave entrance.
Inside the caveyou’ll find Ulfe. But before he answers you about the lost book, he mentions he’shungry for some Umbraan food.
The quest tells you to find someone who knows aboutUmbraan food, so you’ll want to gotalk to Caleri. She can usually be found in her library in Kilima Village or at the Elderwood Stables.
She tells you that thebest burger and fries she ever had was of Umbraan origin. The recipes she’s referring to are theBean Burger and Flowtato with Ketchup, both of which can be found in treasure chests in the Elderwoods.
Once you have the food, bring it to Ulfe. He’ll trade you the book for the food, then vanish.Now you can return the book to Auni.
If you haven’t yet finished thePrismbeard questline with Auni and Nai’o, you’ll need to go complete that story before you can return the book to Auni.
After the Lost and Found quest is complete,you’ll receive a letter from Auni, explaining why he was reading the book in the first place and how he lost it. He was in search of thelost treasure of Rasquellywag, and was sure the clues were in the Potato Pods book!
He tells you to come meet him so you and he can start the hunt!This will start the Rasquellywag’s Riches quest.
How To Find The Rockerpods
You should be able to find Auni in Kilima Village. He’ll either be inhis treehouse or in town.
When you talk to him, he tells you that his mom hasbanned him from the Elderwoodafter she found out about the Prismbeard treasure hunt. But he still wants to know if the Rasquellywag treasure is real,so he requests your help in hunting it down.
What follows is a series of looking for certain Rockerpod books,then finding each Rockerpodto ask about the treasure. It’s a scavenger hunt that will take youback and forth between Kilima Village and Elderwood, until you ultimately find the treasure.
Here are all the locations of the books, the Rockerpods,and the final treasure.
For each step, there will be anoptional task to ask Caleri about each book. you’re able to find the books without her help, but she’ll lead youdirectly to each person that has the bookyou’re looking for. However, you don’t get any additional rewards for talking to Caleri.
Rockerpod Location
Axel The Rockerpod
Step 1: Auni told you to eventually find Leif, you’ll first need to talk to Axel. But to do that, you need to read the book"Potato Pods: The Rasquellywag Chronicles"at the Library.
OnCaleri’s deskin the Kilima library.
Axel is in the Elderwood Central Stables. Climb up to the walkways above the stables and follow them to the waterfall.Axel will be on the rocks beside the waterfall.
Kelpie The Merpod
Step 2: Axel tells you to find his three friends. The first is Kelpie the Merpod. To find them, you’ll need to read"Merpods: Go with the Flow."
Zeki has this book, so go talk to him and he’ll give it to you.
The Elderwood pond, south of the Stables. Stand on the pier andfish under the wisteria branches. You’ll pull up a chest, and inside it is Kelpie. Then,place them down in the gazebo to talk to them.
Cosmo The Prettypod
Step 3: The next pod you need to find is Cosmo the Prettypod. Read the book"Cosmo: Pretty Up Your Pod!“to find him.
To get this book,go talk to Jeland he’ll gladly give it to you.
Cosmo is hiding in a platinum node in Elderwood.Just mine any platinum nodeyou find and you’ll get him. If you’re having trouble finding a platinum node, you can use an Ore Compass. Then place him down in the center of the Red Blossom Cave to talk to him.
Hopper The Mushpod
Step 4: Now you need to find a pod named Hopper, the Mushpod. To find him,you’ll need the Muspod book.
Talk to Jina about the Mushpod book. She admits that he’s water damaged and gives it to you anyway.
You’ll find Hopperin the northern tunnelthat leads to the Elderwood Central Stables. He’ll be sitting on top of some boxes surrounded by blue flowers.
If you’re having trouble locating Jina, if you’ve maxed out her friendship,she might be inside the library behind the Mirror Fields.
The final pod, Hopper, gives you the treasure you seek!Three Potato Pod Prize Bags!Each bag holds a free mystery potato pod, just for you. Now, return to Auni andtell him about the treasure you found to finish the quest.
