Palworldoffers a roster of more than 100 pals, each with their own distinct traits and practical functions. Some pals are easy to come across early on, while others are tucked away in distant corners of the world, requiring deeper exploration. Whether you’re looking for companions to help manage your base, join you in combat, or serve as mounts for faster travel, there’s a pal for every situation.
With each new update, the game expands further, adding everything from new areas to explore and crafting materials to gameplay modes and new weapons, armor, and gear to use. The Tides of Terraria update is no exception, as it did all of that and more, and probably the best thing is the new pals that you can capture.
Where To Find Fuack Ignis
Fuack Ignisisone of the new palsthat were added with the Tides of Terraria update, but in order to obtain him, you will need to do something outside the usual way that you are familiar with of getting pals.
We’re talking about fishing. This update introduced the fishing feature, and it doesn’t only allow you to fish for items, but you can fish for pals as well, and Fuack Ignis is one of them.
Before you continue, we recommend you familiarize yourself with how fishing works in Palworld and obtain at least a fishing rod and a type of bait, andwe have a guide for it here.
There are multiple fishing rods and baits you can use, but for Fuack Ignis,any can do the job. The only thing that you will probably need isto be patient with fishing.
So, first things first, you need to know where to fish, and this pal has a couple of locations where you’re able to get it.
Probably the best location is inthe Mount Obsidian region, justsouth of the Mount Obsidian Anubis Statue fast travel point. Here you will find a waterfall and multiple water pools with pals that you can fish.
Here,locate the pal shadows, and this is where you need to throw the lure into the water and then wait until one of the pals bites it. When one of them does,you will be able to start the fishing minigame and reel in the pal.
It’s worth noting that it might take a few tries before you may get your hands on Fuack Ignis, asfishing is quite random with what pals you can reel, but it shouldn’t take that long.
In case you got all fish from this water pool and still no Fuack Ignis,go down to the next just further south and try.Or, alternatively, you can skip the day in order to start again.
Fuack Ignis is a mixture ofWater and Fire palthat you will probably want to have in your base, as it works suitably and isquite versatile,but still low level, which includesKindling, Watering, Handiwork, and Transporting,all at Level 1.
While you might have better pals for these tasks,maybe you just want to catch them alland get every new pal that comes out.
Just like all pals in the game, the location mentioned above is not the only one, but it’s considered to be the most convenient since it’s close to a fast travel point, making it easy to go in between. However, there are other locations where you can fish for Fuack Ignis. The map below,with the highlighted orange areas, shows all possible locations for this pal.
It’s also worth mentioning that many seem to mention that this palcanbe hatched from a Damp Egg, but we tried to confirm it, and we weren’t lucky, so it’s just worth adding it as a note.
