To reach that entrance, you must enter the keep inside the cave and then, upon entering the large room, look to your left. The entrance to the chamber is on the same wall you entered from and around the corner.

After receiving the blessing, travel to Garlas Malatar, westof Anvil and on the beachside of the Abecean Sea. Garlas Malatar is an Ayleid ruin. Walk over its bridge toenter through the stone door.

The easiest way to reach it is to travel to Crowhaven and take the smoother hill near its front door down to the beach.

Player looks up a set of stairs inside Garlas Malatar in Oblivion Remastered.

As you enter the temple and reach the bottom of the steps into the first room, the other Knights of the Nine that you recruited will appear.

How To Defeat Umaril The Unfeathered

Umaril is one tough cookie who packs a massive punch. He has the ability to deal tremendous damage while also draining your Stamina (or Fatigue).

Additionally,Umaril has 33 percent Spell Absorption and the following resistances:

33%

100%

As the Sword and Mace of the Crusader deal Fire damage (and the sword also deals Magicka), we recommend having the spellWeakness to Fireand/or Weakness to Magic equipped to make more use of them.

When fighting Umaril in Garlas Malatar,we recommend:

Umaril can be soul-trapped but only in the second fight below.

When Umaril is finally defeated, loot his corpse (especially his sword) and the two Varla Stonesin the room first. After you are satisfied with your holdings, enter your Magic inventory andlocate the spell: Blessing of Talos.

Cast the spell, and you will be transported into a new skybox area where you will be besieged by Umaril again.

Use the same methods above, but when you need space (since there is no throne to save you), simplysprint awayto the far edge of the map, and you will be fine.

For some reason, during both of our playthroughs,we faced two Umaril simultaneouslyin this skybox. Both dealt damage and had the full Umaril stats. The exact trigger of this phenomenon is unknown.

If this happens to you: do not panic. You only need to kill one Umaril, so target only one until it dies.

After Umaril is defeated, you will clip through the floor and plummet. This will send you back to the basement of the Priory of the Nine.

Speak with Sir Amieluntil all ghosts disappear and, if you wish it, speak to Sir Berich for his gratitude.

After all the ghosts are gone, you will be able tointeract with their tombsin the basement for a unique blessing:Fortify Attribute (+5).Each tomb will give the effect for one chosen attribute.

Torolf

Willpower

The Fortify Attribute blessing will count against an attribute level’s 100 cap if that level is 95-99 and will prevent you from increasing your attribute.

However, if the attribute level was above 95 (or even 100), the Fortify Attribute blessing will count over the cap, meaning you will have an attribute level as high as 105.

Travel upstairsuntil you are met by Sir Thedret who will exclaim with joy that you are somehow alive.

Follow him upstairs and outsideto the group of awaiting Knights of the Nine. Enjoy that sweet celebration as your reward alongside the following hidden benefits:

Using the armour stand in the basement will convert your weapons and armour from the set into a level scaled to yours. This means that whenever you level up past a challenge rating threshold, you should return here to upgrade your equipment.
