The Tides of Terraria update forPalworldbrings several exciting additions, including a brand-new dungeon inspired by Terraria and some familiar mobs from that world. Along with these, the update adds new pals, items, weapons, equipment, and materials to collect.

One of the standout materials introduced is Hallowed Bars, which let you craft some of the classic Terraria gear featured in the update. However, without this guide, you might find it difficult to locate and obtain Hallowed Bars. This walkthrough will show you exactly how to get them and make the most of the new crafting options.

How To Get And Farm Hallowed Bars

Hallowed Barsare the new material that you may get from the Tides of Terraria update, andthere is only one way and one place to get them.

You probably already guessed it, but yeah, you’re able to only get your hands on this materialfrom the Terraria Dungeon.

In case you don’t knowwhere to find the Terraria Dungeon, it is located justsoutheast of the Fisherman’s Point travel pointon a separate island called the Sealed Realm of Terraria.

After you make your way to the island and enter the dungeon, it will be filled with enemies that will fight you, so be prepared for a fight and bring a shotgun with you, and you’ll know why shortly.

This dungeon is laid out like a series of connected chambers, similar to segmented rooms in a 2D game, and you will explore each one of them.

Inside this dungeon, there are two things that you need to pay attention to:the randomly positioned red jarsthat you will come across in almost every room you explore, andcertain golden walls that you will encounter near the end of the dungeon.

As mentioned above, the red jars are scattered around the whole dungeon; however, the golden walls, which yield more Hallowed Bars, can only be foundin the final roomwhere you go to the bottom of the dungeon.

There are a few paths after you drop down to find the golden walls: from the main final room, one path to the leftwill lead you to a chest, then when you return to the main room, take another path to theright, followed by the left.

Now, the reason why we asked you to grab a shotgun is that it seems to be the most efficient toincrease the chances of dropping more Hallowed Bars from the red jars, but it doesn’t seem to change the drop rate from the golden walls.

That’s basically the only way to do it, but if you do a couple of runs of the dungeon, you should have more than enough tocraft a lot of the new Terraria weapons and armor piecesafter you get their schematics.

You can combine the farming method of Hallowed Bars with looting all the chests in the dungeon in order to obtain the schematics for the new gear.
