During your time playingPalworld, you may realize that not every weapon or piece of equipment needs to deal damage to prove its worth. Sometimes, playing smart and using the right tactics can make all the difference, especially during tough challenges or difficult boss fights.
There are several tools and equipment you can craft to gain an advantage on the field, one way or another, and one of the best is the Megaboost Gun. This tool can make your pals stronger and more dangerous, helping you get the job done more efficiently. If you’re curious on how to get it, then this guide is all you need.
How To Craft The Megaboost Gun
The Megaboost Gunis a new equipment tool that was released with the Tides of Terraria update, and you can get your hands on it after you complete the requirements to be able to craft it.
So, just like most of the equipment in the game, you need tounlock the blueprint for this gun, and this can be found inthe Technology menu after you reach level 63.
Now that you have the blueprint unlocked, you need a proper structure that will be able to craft this gun for you, and this is theAdvanced Civilization Weapon Assembly Line.
This production structure can beunlocked at level 62and will require you to gather 20Nail, 30Circuit Board, 50Hexolite, and 50Coralum Ingotsin order to be able to build it.
Don’t forget that just like all high-level production structures,this one will require electricity, so be sure to havea functioning power generatorand an Electric-type pal assigned to it.
Now, if you have everything set up, the only thing that is left is to gather the necessary materials to craft the Megaboost Gun, and these are:
After you confirm the crafting process, simply wait until it’s done and then justpick it up from the assembly.
Keep in mind that the Megaboost Gun usesa special ammo called Boost Gun Ammo, and this can beunlocked from the Technology menu at level 25.

How To Use The Megaboost Gun
Just like the regular boost gun,the Megaboost gun shares the same functionalityas its predecessor in how it is used.
You canaim and shoot one of your pals with this gunin order to give thema boost to their attack and defense, which makes them stronger in battle and in combat.
This time around,the boost is even stronger and lasts longer, and you will notice it more than when using the regular Boost Gun.
You will be able to see a text on the left side of the screen that will confirm the pal is boosted, and there will also bean aura coming from the boosted pals.
If you try andaim the Megaboost gun at an enemy, it will simplydeal a good chunk of damage, but it is usually not recommended because it’s always better to have boosted pals that will get the job done for you.
